Two weeks later Amy was discharged from hospital after her Scans came back and her skull fracture was almost healed although she had to wear a helmet for another three weeks,  Amy was in a wheelchair but was able to bend her Leg thankfully.
Two weeks later they were in Court for Chase's Court Case.
Ty wheeled Amy in and Marion walked behind them,  they were shown to the end of the row behind the Prosecution, then the rest of the family filed in and sat in the same row.
When Chase was brought in he eyed Amy sat in the wheelchair with her broken leg,  a Helmet she had to wear, and a Neck Brace that she was made to wear because of Whiplash and the fact she'd been getting neck pain, Then he looked at Marion with a neck brace as well and a Broken Arm.
He noticed Marion's face was clear but Amy's was still full of small cuts.
He was relived they were both alive.

At the end of the case, Chase was sentenced to 5 yrs in prison, he accepted it as he knew how stupid he'd been and could of killed Amy and her Daughter.
Ellen had been very supportive and so helpful,  Marion had helped her as best she could as did the family.
Tim however was still absent most of the time and Jack and Mitch gave him an ultimatum,  Do his share of the work with the cattle,  as they weren't happy about him getting his share of the profits without doing any work or they'd buy him out between them.
He also hadn't really bothered with Amy either and Lou hardly saw him anymore.
Tim told Jack and Mitch to buy him out as he had finally decided to move on  but wouldn't elaborate any further.
A week later Amy and Marion had there Plaster Casts removed and started Physiotherapy.

3 months Later
Amy and Marion were back to there old selves and life moved on, Amy had her truck replaced and as a present and Thank You for Ellen's help during her recovery Amy bought her a New Truck as hers was old and always needing repairs doing, Amy also wanted to keep her children safe.
It wasn't long before Amy noticed little signs that she may be pregnant,  she hadn't had any morning sickness but decided to make an appointment with Dr Virani who was able to see her in the afternoon.
Ty didn't finish till 7pm so she made sure JT and Lyndy had their dinner, a bath and bed. Marion was older so she let her Join her and Ty for a special Dinner.
Ty walked in to their Mud Room and took his boots off then hung up his Jacket.
"Hi Love, I'm home". Marion came running and gave him a big Hug, then Amy came round the corner from the bedrooms after checking the youngest two were fast asleep.
"Hi handsome, my turn Marion".
Amy says with a Laugh and they had there Ritual of hugging and kissing which brought a smile to Marion's face.
"I hope I can find someone like Daddy when I'm older".
"I'm sure you will sweetheart, dinners nearly ready".
"Okay, I'll go and wash up, back in a minute".
Marion helped Amy get everything she needed to set the table while Ty refreshed himself.
They sat down and started to eat when Amy got up and went to the fridge, grabbed 3 glasses and went and sat back down.
Ty looked as Amy had 3 Glasses with wine and gave Marion the first glass then Ty and herself.
"Err, Amy, should Marion be having wine".
"It's Alcohol free Ty", and giggled slightly.
"Ahh, well that's okay then, sorry love"
"It's okay, right hold your glasses up for a Toast, "(To What)" To our new addition to the family in 6 months time, cheers".
Ty sat there drink in hand and mouth open.
"Really Mommy, your having a baby".
"Yes sweetheart,  it looks like your daddy's in shock". They both started Laughing.
Ty finally came round, drank the whole glass and walked round to Amy to give her a kiss and hug.
"Mummy is it a boy or girl".
"We won't know till I'm 20 weeks sweetheart, they can't tell before then".
"How far are you Amy".
"12 weeks my love, so in 8 more weeks Marion we will hopefully know what we are going to have ".
"As long as you and the baby are okay I don't mind either way Amy".
"Same goes for me my love, although another boy would be nice. Anyway as I'm Just about to go past the First Trimester you can tell whoever you want Marion, I myself will be phoning Lou and Grampa".
"I will phone Mum and Caleb".
They all laughed and carried on with Dinner.
Marion was on her Laptop talking to her  friends, Ty was talking to his Mum and Amy phoned her dad first this time.
"Hi Dad, long time no see, I only saw you twice when I was in hospital but I'm phoning you first this time with some good news".
"Yeah, well you know I don't like hospitals, I haven't really had time to see everyone because I'm so busy".
"Really, that's good news, so what are you doing to keep you away from us".
"Err, this and that, you know me always doing more than one thing at a time, so what's the good news then".
"Well We Just found out I'm 3 Months pregnant ". "Dad, you still there, ha ha it's not that much of a shock is it, Dad".
" Errr,, What the hell are you thinking Amy, you already have three kids, why do you want another one, I've got people interested in what you can do and there offering Big contracts for you to work for them".
"I DON'T WORK FOR ANYONE ON CONTRACT, I have a Clinic to Run with Ty, I also have private clients who come to me. What makes you think I'd walk away from my husband and children Just to work for someone for a few months ".
"Not a few months Amy, I'm on about a year or maybe two".
"Are you effing crazy, I have a family and two Businesses and I'm Pregnant with a child we both want, I thought we'd sorted this out about you trying to control my Life, it's NOT happening  Dad so stop it right now, I love the life I have and that's it".
Amy slammed her phone down, burst into tears and ran to their bedroom slamming the door.
