Author note: Hello! I just want to be clear now than later. The beginning of the book was in September and all those time skips I think accumulated to about at most a month. So now there'll be a time skip and now it's been 8 months (sorry for that big time skip), around prom time. Thanks for reading!

Prom.... I've been dreaming about it since I was in 6th grade and FINALLY,  it's around the corner. AJ, Iris, and I made all our appointments in December and we've already gone dress shopping. My dress is a Backless Spahgetti Straps Halter Long Evening Prom.... ik...BEAUTIFUL! Iris has an A-Line/Princess Square Tulle Sleeveless Ruffles Floor-Length Dresses.... it's literally jaw dropping. And AJ had a Chic Black Chocker Open Back Ball Gown.... amazing I know.... we were basically ready.... all we needed were date. Promposals have been going rampant around the school and at this point, AJ, Iris, and I are the only ones that didn't get a promposal. "Girl it's fine don't worry." Iris says during class. "If Kai doesn't ask you then come with me! We'll be single together!" "Iris..... that's sad I want my boyfriend to ask me." I say. Before she could protest, the door bangs open, and in comes Caleb. I know you've never heard of Caleb till now so let me give you a rundown on who Caleb is. Caleb is basically a background character.... sucks to say that but he is. He has dark hair and is around 5'8. We all stop what we're doing and look at him. Iris has liked him since like forever(well like sophomore year but that's still forever!) so she was definitely staring. "Iris Celine Gomez!" He says pointing at her. She slowly gets up and starts hitting my back while looking at him. "He called me... he said my name" she says smacking me. I turn around and smack her back. "Go to him!" I say grabbing my phone to record what's about to go down. She slowly walks towards him till they're face to face. "Now!" He yells. Just then like three of his friend come rushing in with a folded poster paper. "You must play Quidditch. I know a Keeper when I see one." He says holding her hands. After he said that the three friends open the folded poster and on it, in big bold letters wrote "Will U go to Prom with me??" When I say her eyes went wide, they went wide. Obviously almost immediately she screamed YES and went into his arms for a kiss. I press the end video button and immediately send it in our group chat with AJ, Iris, and I. Caleb and Iris finish up and he leaves and she sits down. "So much for all three of us going to prom together huh?" I say putting my head on her desk. She lightly taps my cheek, "It's fine." She says. "He'll ask you sooner or later." Not even five minutes pass and we get a text back from the group chat..... it's a video. I play it from my phone and we watch AJ get a promposal as well. "Great now I'm the only one that didn't get one." I say sulking. As I'm about to close my phone I get a text from Kai.
