The next day....
You can tell some kids partied too hard cause they're either sleeping in class or aren't even here..... it's the third day. As Iris, AJ, and I were working on a google doc for crime studies, the door opens. "And you are? You're late" the teacher says. "Sorry I'm late miss." The boy says. As he's walking to a random seat, I turn my head around and we make eye contact. It's the guy from last night. As we continue to make eye contact, he introduces himself. While starting directly at me, he says "the names Kai , Kai Rivers." We continue to make eye contact as he sits down. I turn my head and my friends are staring at me. "Sooo, who's the guy Brandi?" Iris says all smiley. "Already found his socials! Sending them to you right..... NOW" AJ said with a satisfied look on her face. "I just met him at the party last night, that's all." I say mumbling. AJ and Iris both looked at each other and gave me a look, the look saying "add him hoe." Taking a sigh I add him and almost instantly he accepts. I take a peek at him and he's looking at me with a grin on his face. "There goes a peaceful class" I think.
Lunchtime....
It's lunch and thankfully I have first with my friends. We grabbed a seat where the window is and just stared gossiping. "Okay okay, I KNOW you guys heard about the tea with Jessica and Alyssa, Alyssa-" Iris kept talking. AJ wasn't paying attention per usual and kept eating. "Brandi bitch, you paying attention?" Iris says looking at me. I nod and she went on. "Mind if I join you guys?" A guy says behind me. We all look up.
