Chapter 8

While we were eating, the diner doors bust open. "AJ what the fuck!" a random guy says and he grabs AJ's arm and started walking to the diner doors. We were yelling and tried stopping him but he kept walking. I stop in front of him and have my arms splayed out. "Listen dude I don't know who you are but let go of AJ." I say sounding as intimidating as I can and as I try to take his hand off her wrist. He pushes me to the ground and before he can leave, he's fallen to the ground, Kai punched him. Kai grabs AJ by the waist and stands over the dude. "Listen you fucker, AJ is my girlfriend and I don't appreciate you hurting her, talk to her again and I'll really fuck you up, oh and harass these two ladies and you'd be asking for a death wish." He says glaring right into his eyes. He then leads AJ out of the diner, us following after them. After that fiasco, we drove home. The ride back to our places was silent, nobody felt like talking. AJ drove us all home and she left. After I was home, I took a shower, put on some sweats, hoodie, and fuzzy socks and went straight to my homework. It took me a while to digest what the actual fuck just happened. "Oh jeez, what happened?" I thought. It was around 8pm when I got a text from my gc with Iris and AJ.

Iris calls and we join the call. "Eww Brandis weird, shea doing homework!" AJ says. "Hardy har har very funny." I say flipping her off. AJ and Iris continue to talk while I continue to finish my homework. As I'm finishing up, I was just thinking about what happened. "Who the fuck was that and why was he acting like that??" I blurt out without thinking. It got quiet and I realized what I said.... oh shit. AJ takes a deep sigh "I'll tell you who that is but it starts at the party. Let me finish on the toilet then I'll spill." She says.
