Chapter 14

As Kai parked, the trunk facing the big screen, we got out and started getting the trunk ready. As he pops open the trunk, I couldn't hold back my giggle. Once you pop the trunk there are fairy light outlining the inside of the trunk. In one corner I see all the snacks and on the other I see all these pillows, there are a lot of fuzzy blankets as well. "This is too cute." I say giggling. "Thank you thank you, I try." He says smiling. "Everyone please get ready, the movies about to start." A man says over a microphone. We get in the trunk and get comfortable.

                              After the date....

"Tell us what happened!" Iris says. I'm under my covers looking all cheeky, giggling and kicking my feet. "Brandi if you don't tell us what happened I'll just ask him, and you KNOW I will." AJ says. Damnit I wish she wasn't right. "All that happened was that we get there and watch the movie... and maybe we snuggled up BUT THAT'S ALL." I say still hiding myself. They scream...... and loud. "PLEASE tell me you guys kissed if not I'm having a fit." AJ says. I pop my head out and nod my head no. "We didn't kiss, it was only the first date, and I want to wait a bit." I say. Iris and AJ both start to hit me and ask for all the nitty gritty detail. I roll my eyes and say "Okay Okay I'll tell you guys."

                                      11pm

As I'm finishing up my homework, I get a text..... from Kai. As I'm smiling and shifting in my covers, I reply back.

     Don't worry, it was great, I had a good time

That's good to hear, is there any chance
there'll be another?

I had to take a minute to realize what was happening. I'm a whole giggling mess.

Then yes I'm asking for another date

We text for a bit more time till we say goodnight. After that, I immediately text Iris and AJ about what happened. They said the same thing, can't wait to see how you act tomorrow. Then it hit me, oh shit, how will I act tomorrow!
