Colleen POV
I am at the end of my shows now and I am flying home. I am still not feeling 100% but I am so looking forward to spending 5 days at home. Josh and I have barely spoken over the last two weeks since he left me in Arizona. I was still mad. He could have supported my decision. I didnt even tell him when I was flying home. I have never done that. As Rachel and I walked through the gate in LA airport I see Josh. I look at Rachel. She shrugs her shoulders "he asked me when we were flying in so I told him" she says. "Thanks" I say sarcastically. I walk over to the baggage area and wait for my bags. Josh walks up to me. "Hey baby" he says as he wraps his arm around my waist. "Hi" I say coldly. "I thought this was a good idea to come and pick you up but maybe I was wrong" he says. " I wont apologize because I cared about your health Colleen. I was only doing what I thought was right. Maybe I was a little cold the day I left but you dont listen to me" he says. At this point I have tears running down my cheeks. " You are my world and I will never stop caring" he says as he turns away. "Josh" I say weakly. "All I wanted was you to hug me" I add. "I know you care but it felt like I only had one option to make you happy. You werent up for a compromise. You didnt talk to me. You were just 'telling' me. And you walked out on me Joshua. You weren't there for me" I say when I finally am crying to the point of having to sit on the floor. People are staring and I don't care.
Josh POV
"Baby I should never have left you or walked out on you. I am so sorry baby. I didn't listen. I will do better next time please Colleen" I say as I grab her off the floor. She hugs me back and I kiss her neck. I grab her bags and walk her out to the car. We sit in the car and stare at each other. "Both of us need to stop being so stubborn"I say. I lean in and kiss her. I hear her moan for me and I know I have got to get her home. I missed my wife. As we start driving we are talking. "Baby how are you feeling?" I ask. "I am almost there. I need to follow up with the doctor here to make sure I dont need anymore meds" she says. "Ok we will make sure you do that" I say. "By the way.... I am coming with you for your next two week tour" I say smiling at her. She starts crying. "Whats wrong?" I say pulling the car over to the side of the road. "I am just happy" she says "I missed you so much Joshua" she adds.
We finally get home and spend the rest of the afternoon being together. It was wonderful. We needed to be reminded of how much we love each other.
