Colleen POV
Its been a few weeks since Rachels weddinG and Josh and I are relaxing at home. I cannot stand for long periods of time anymore. I am so ready to get this baby out of me. Josh walks into the room and smiles. "You are ready arent ya?" He says. "Yes!!!" I say laughing. He comes over and rubs my belly and starts talking to my stomach. The baby loves his voice and always kicks when he talks. The baby is moving when he talks to it. "Mommy and Daddy want you out of there baby... Please come out" he says. I smile at him and rub his hair and pull him in for a kiss. We start making out and I feel myself getting overly excited. Josh is turning me on big time. His hands are under my shirt and I am enjoying every moment. "Josh... I love you so much baby" I say. "Mmmm I love you baby" he says. We continue making out until I feel a sharp pain. "Oh my god Joshua!" I say. "Ouch" I say. He stops and looks at me. "Its starting" I say to him. He looks terrified. "Relax baby"I say as I rub his face. I lay there holding his hand. I need to remain calm. We lie there for 10 minutes and I get another one. I squeeze Joshs hand and he is rubbing my face as tears are in my eyes.
Josh POV
Labour has started. We are walking around the house trying to get the contractions to 5 minutes apart before going to the hospital. I hold her tight as she screams every so often. "They bad baby?" I ask her. "Yes" she says " but I am ok" she adds. Finally she cant take it anymore and I bring her to the hospital. I text everyone that its happening. They get her in a room and hook her up to a baby monitor and put an IV line in. She holds my hands as they check her. "Mrs Evans you are at 8..... Keep breathing" the nurse says. "Do you want pain killers Colleen?" I ask her. "No" she says. I nod. I sit beside her rubbing her cheek. Watching her in pain is killing me. She continues on until she says she needs to push. They check her and tell her she is ready to go. "Joshua I need this baby out" she says holding her two hands in my one hand. I grab them with my one hand and tell her to start pushing. The nurse is counting for her as she bears down. "Come on baby...you are doing great!" I say to her. She is now screaming with huge tears. "I love you Colleen ...keep pushing" I say to her. She grabs my hand and screams as the baby's head is out. She is panting until they tell her to push again. I hear her yelp once more as the shoulders of the baby pop out. Finally Colleen lays back down in relief. "Josh and Colleen....ITS A GIRL!!!" the doctor yells. I kiss Colleen as she is exhausted. She is crying with happiness. I am crying looking at my daughter for the first time. She has light brown-blonde hair and my blue eyes. I am in love. I grab her from the doctors hands and pass her to Colleen. "Baby, Georgia is here" I say crying.
