Colleen POV
I am stepping off the plane to come home for 4 days. I am so excited but so exhausted. I walk through the gate with Rachel. "doesnt it feel like we live in the airport Colleen?" she says. "Yes" I say. "I will be glad when touring is over for a while" I add. " When do you think?" She asks me. " I dunno I will definitely stop for the last half of when I get pregnant and then 6 months minimum on top of that" I say. "When are you and Josh planning on babies? Right away?" She asks. "Yes hopefully pretty soon after" I say getting excited. "Whats 'hopefully' sweetheart?" Josh says as he leans in to kiss me. "You getting her pregnant Josh" Rachel pipes in. Josh instantly gets red in the face. He grabs my hand and kisses me again. "I hope so" he says. We slowly walk to the car and Rachel and Matt go to their car. Josh is really quiet. "Baby... Whats wrong?" I ask him. "I just hope I don't let you down" he says. "Josh don't be negative. We haven't started trying and you are putting way too much pressure on yourself, on us" I say. "Joshua!" I grab his arm and stop him. "I want to kiss you" I say. I drop my bags beside our car and his arms wrap around me as I push him against the car. "Colleen seriously... I need you so bad. I don't know if I can wait anymore" he says out of breath. "We are almost there baby" I say rubbing his cheek.
Josh POV
Holding her is getting harder and harder to do without going any further. I keep telling myself it will be worth the wait. I made a promise to wait for my wife and until that ring goes on her finger I need to settle down. We go home and start talking about other wedding details. I tell Colleen both families and friends all have their flights and rooms. I got a new pair of black high tops to go with my suit. She is smiling at me as I ramble on. "Excited babe?" She says laughing. "Extremely... I want you to marry me tomorrow" I say. "I want to BE with you entirely and cannot wait" I add. We lean our foreheads together and hold hands.
The few days I have with her fly by. She actually comes and goes all summer until early September when she finally comes home so we can get married. Today is the day she comes home from her tour so we can get married.
