Colleen POV
I still feel gross. I don't have a fever but I remember it starting like this similarly a few months ago. I go out to the living room and call my doctor for an appointment. I get one for early afternoon. I turn around and go jump into our shower. I feel the water running on me and it feels amazing. All of a sudden I feel hands on my waist. Josh is behind me. "How you doing Fraggle?" He says as he hugs me. I lean against him and hug him back. "I made a doctors appt. I feel gross. This is how it started a few months ago" I say. He rubs my back. "Hope we can still go for your birthday present at the hotel" he says "but if we need to postpone it we will" he says hugging me. I finish up and slowly make my way out of the shower and dry off. I throw some underwear on and brush through my hair. I throw a huge sweatshirt of mine on and crawl into bed to lay down. We still have 3 hrs before the appt. Josh follows me and sits beside me on the bed. He looks terrified. "Josh its okay hun... We will figure it out. I am just glad I am home this time" I say. He crawls into bed beside me and hugs me.
Josh pov
I wake up with my alarm. I set it for one hr before the appt but notice Colleen is no longer in bed. I walk into the bathroom and there she is. " I just felt sick so thought I should come in here to be safe" she says. I nod and hold my hands out to her. "Lets get dressed and get you looked at babe" I say. Colleen and I are now in the car and we have brought our stuff for our overnight trip in case she can still go.We walk into the doctors office and sign in. Colleen gets called so she walks down the exam room to be looked at while I wait for her. I sit there and overthink things. I worry about her overworking herself and here we are again in the doctors office. I sit and go on my phone and Tweet my fans just to keep my mind off things. About 20 minutes later Colleen comes out of the exam room, she has tear stained face. I grab her hand as she thanks the receptionist as we walk out. I wait until we are outside to ask her what is going on. "Babe whats going on? I am worried sick here. Why does it look like you were crying?" I ask while rubbing her cheeks. She puts her hands around my waist "I was crying" she says. "Why baby?" I ask. "We are going to be parents Joshua" she says. I am in a daze. I just stare into her eyes. I am speechless. She starts laughing at me and kisses me on my lips to knock me out of my thoughts. "Baby Oh my god!!!!" I say. I pick her up and swing her around and then soon realize I probably shouldn't be tossing her all around. I place her down and kiss her so hard to the point I lift her off her feet. "I love you Colleen" I say with tears running down my face. "I love you too baby" she says as we walk to the car. I am going to be a dad.
