Colleen POV
I have just landed at LA. I make my way slowly through the airport with Rachels help. My foot has had no rest. It is painful today. I see Josh and he starts to cry as he walks towards me. I haven't seen him for 3 weeks. He kisses me and hugs me and then picks me up so I don't have to walk. I hug him. Matt is here to get Rachel so they bring my bags to the car while Josh carries me. I give Rachel a big hug and say goodbye to her and Matt. I waddle into the car and we drive home. Josh scoops me up again and brings me into the bedroom and props my foot up. "Josh its really sore babe" as he looks at it. "Can you change the dressing on it?Rachel said this morning that it looks bad so I want to make sure its ok" I ask. He pulls off the dressing and looks at me. "Colleen this is not right hun" he says. "Urgent care we go" he says and he scoops me back up.
Josh POV
I looked at her foot and it looks totally inflammed and infected. I pick her up and bring her into the car. I drive over and pick her up once again and get her into a exam room. The doctor comes in and looks at it and says its starting to get infected. He gives Colleen a needle in her foot to speed the healing and some stronger oral antibiotics. She starts crying when he gives her the needle right near her stitches. I carry her back out and she is sobbing now. "Josh I wanna go home" she says. "I am taking you there babydoll" I say. I hug her.
I bring her into our room once again and we order pizza. I have her foot up high as we play cards together. "I love that I am done touring Josh"she says. "I want to start getting ready for the baby" she says and smiles. "Thats exactly what we are going to do. But look at what our fans have sent us so far for the baby babe" I say. I bring in boxes and boxes of stuff and we spend hours going through it giggling and enjoying the best time of our life. Getting ready for our baby.
