Spreading in the air
Like a toxic drug
Dripping with intensity
Soaking in the tub
Lathered with bubbles
Popping one by one
Drifting softly in the air
Wandering without a care
Water gliding smoothly
Rippling with quiet vibrations
Almost like humming
A silent and tranquil melody
Ringing of blissful days
And a constant heat haze
Growing uncomfortable
A bead of sweat trailing
Down a caramel cliff
Of tears and labor
Polished by strength
Carved by courage
And a determination
That never wavers.
