The journey
Begins anew
And a fresh
Puzzle
Lies
Upon the
Floor
Which feeling
Emotion
Desire
And wish
Yearns to be
Expressed
Beyond the door
Which of my
Secret
Heartfelt
Tears
And fears
Beg to jump
From my fingers
To the icy keys
That ask and plead
To play a melody
That can warm
The coldest of hearts
And cool the fiercest
Of tempers
But they scatter
And twirl
Throughout
Spinning
And gliding
And not listening
To my shout
Which do I play
What do I feel
How to find
The one song
That can express
All of it
At the moment
Is difficult
A ponderous
Journey
Indeed
Because I
Never
Feel simply
One thing
At once
I can
Never
Pinpoint
Which emotion
I feel
I absorb
Like a sponge
The world
Around me
Offers too much
My heart
Sometimes
Becomes a
House of
Mirrors
Which reflect
The outside world
Back within
And starts
To play
Overlapping
Tunes
Over the
Record player
In my heart
That already
Booms
And yet
Off I go
To discover
Again
Which melody
Which shriek
Of pain
Or anger
Of memories
Or summer
To seek
Once more
Which song
I am
Yet again
Searching for.
