(One of the authors’ notes! The change in writing style and grammar issues are contributed to the seven authors that are writing this story, which includes all the characters in the story! I have not made myself clear over the story yet, but will plan to soon! Stay tuned, and happy reading!) ~Andrew A.
Lily Belle exited the tavern quietly. Her bare feet ran over the muddy ground from the light rain that was happening. She could be seen wearing nothing but her regular brown leather shirt. That had been made to intricately wrap itself around her torso, of course keeping her body in moderation.
Across the city she sulked quietly, enjoying how the cloud covered the moon where only the light shone through the overcast. Lily came from an alley to see the main road was deserted of commotion. She turned on her heels and gasped when she saw a black figure on top of a nearby house. She gasped and fell.
The figure seemed to smile horribly though, you could clearly see its jaw move. The ground was melting, cracking around Belle. The air around the figure moved and distorted her vision into crazy whirls. She heaved up whatever dinner she had, and turned her eyes to the figure again.
“Memento mei, fatue. Ego enim sum Dominus qui strangulari chaos mundia!” The figure spoke in crackly Latin, like that of dried mud. Its voice jumped up and down. The figure vanished with its body fading like smoke, and Lily Belle’s vision returned.
“Disord.” She said, and proceeded back to the tavern. She dried off her tears, and held her aching stomach. “The chaos that will strangle the world..” The words burned in her brain, and she ran quickly back to the tavern. Dawn with its early grey lights shone truly.
