Yes captain!

(2nd Person POV)

You had just found out that you were gonna be a captain. But what you didn't expect was this. "Y/n, you are now taking over Levi squad. Levi will be in your squad along with Eren Yeager, Armin Arlert, Mikasa Ackerman, Jean Kirtchein, Connie Spriger, Sasha Braus, Historia Reiss, and Ymir." 

Your eyes widened as you heard what just came out of the Commanders mouth. "Y-yes sir! But may I ask why?" As you say this you turn to look at Levi with a sad look in your eyes. 

"Y/n, You don't have to worry. I'm still here, we're still on the same squad, we're still going to go on expeditions together, it's not gonna change just because your captain now." Levi said this and you smiled. You could here that he was being genuine by the sound of his voice.

Erwin coughs causing you and Levi to look over at him. "Speaking of expeditions, Y/n your squad is going to be sent out to capture the Female and Beast Titan. I will get someone to bring you all the information we have on them. You may both be excused." He says. You and Levi nod and salute.

Walking down the halls you and Levi don't talk very much. It's a comfortable silence. You look over at him and sigh. "Levi, i'm nervous like what if someone dies?" You say. He shakes his head still looking forward. "If people die than oh well. That is life. Everyone in the scouting legion knows that we all basically signed our own death sentence. You have a great squad Y/n, the great surpass the normal, and the normal surpass the weak." He says. "Well, who does the weak surpass?" You ask him.

"You see Y/n, The weak know their place. So what they do is have faith and have dreams. They train and practice. Then the weak get stronger. Once the weak finally know their worth they keep training and training til their hearts content. Only then will they surpass themselves." Levi says to you. 

You giggle a bit and start shaking your head as you come to a halt in the middle of the hallway. "H-hey! What's so funny?!" Levi says, his face a little bit flushed as he looks away from you. 

Still laughing you say. "Y'know Levi, you'd make a damn good spokes person!" Levi looks at you and glares. You both then walk to the mess hall where Levi had got Jaylinn to tell your new squad to meet up.

As you and Levi walk into the mess hall, you hear Eren yell "Hey Y/n, Come sit with us!" You shake your head a bit and awkwardly smile as Levi goes and sits beside Eren where they have a small conversation. 

"C-captain, w-why are you sitting h-here? Aren't y-you supposed to be u-up there?" Eren asks. Levi shakes his head and looks around the table to see everyone's confused faces. "Everyone just shut the fuck up and listen to L/n!" Levi yells. Everyone silences right away and looks at you.

"Hello everyone! I know this might be a little bit confusing but just hear me out. Today I was hoping for a calm day off as I was given the OK to take a break. But I was then called into Commander Erwin's office and I-I was scared....thinking about how I could be kicked from the scouts for no reason at al-" You go to say, but then you get interrupted by Ymir.

"Did you get kicked?! I will tear that damn commander to SHREDS if he kicked you!" Ymir yells and slams her fists against the wooden table. You swear you could hear it crack. Everyone starts butting in saying "Yeah!".

"ENOUGH!, p-please everyone i'm not getting kicked." You say in a rather demanding voice. Everyone shuts up as they have never really heard you raise your voice at them before. "Th-then what's going on Y-y/n?" Armin asks.

You take a deep breath in and out, then you sigh. "Well as you can see Levi is sitting with you guys right now. I.... I am your new captain...." You say. The whole room goes silent for a minute as you close your eyes and lower your head when you say "Captain".   You hear the room silent and slowly open your eyes and raise your head. 

Once you finally get the courage to look back up, you see everybody's mouth's have fallen agape. Then out of nowhere everyone starts clapping and whistling.

You smile. "Okay, now let's get down to business! Tomorrow we are all going on a very dangerous expedition due to the fact that we are the strongest squad. We are going to try and take down the Female and Beast Titan's. Please don't die because your all my family and I love you so much" You blurt out the end bit causing everyone to go completely silent again.

You close your eyes once more and lower your head again. Then you feel several pairs of arms wrap around you and you quickly open your eyes to see everyone engulfing you in a huge hug. "We love you to Y/n!" They all scream. "Okay, thank you for that guys. You are all dismissed!" As you say this everyone except for one freckled brunette leaves.

"Hey babe" She says as she walks up to you. "Hey Ymir! I've missed getting alone time with you" You reply as you lean your head onto her shoulder. "You love me the most right?" Ymir asks. You look up at her with a confused look. "Of course I do baby, why would you ever ask that?" You questioned as you plant a kiss on her bottom lip.

"Look, you know i'm not exactly one to admit this kind of thing but...You've been spending an awful lot of time with Captain Clean, I just got jealous okay..." Ymir says as she looks down to her feet. You basically jump onto her causing her to fall backwards and you shower her face in kisses.

"I will always love you the most!" You say and you both head to your rooms to fall asleep.
