I heavily breathe as I stared at my schedule on my phone. I really couldn't think enough while seeing how my college life will be. First day of school and Kalani was not around. She's the only friend I have since she's my best friend, but she chose to chase one of my brothers for her love life.

And that is my Kuya Lazarillo. She likes Kuya very much, but Kuya doesn't. Alam ng mga kapatid ko ang reputasyon ni Kalani. Tirador ng mga Marquez. Iyon ang tawag sa kaniya nina Kuya tuwing nakatalikod siya. Lahat yata ng pinsan kong lalaki ay nagustuhan ni Kalani. Even Kuya Ladislaus and Kuya Lazarus, nagustuhan niya.

Well, she liked Kuya Ladislaus when we were in Elementary. We were in 4th grade while Kuya Ladislaus was already in 12th grade in High School. Kuya was friendly towards Kalani before because she's my friend and we were just kids back then. But when we went High School, Kuya Ladislaus started to avoid Kalani.

Kalani didn't mind him. She just liked Kuya Ladislaus for a year. She started to like Kuya Lazarus when we were in 6th grade and Kuya Lazarus was already in Law School. Kalani said that she liked Kuya Lazarus because she admires lawyers a lot. I know she liked Kuya Ladislaus because he's smart too. Kalani likes smart guys.

When we arrived in High School, Kalani liked my cousin, Harold. Harold is older than me. Literally older, but he doesn't like calling him Kuya. He preferred calling him by just his name because he said, calling him Kuya making him feel old. Harold already had a girlfriend that time, but Kalani didn't care. She said that she just liked him and what's wrong with that. She started to hate Harold when Harold yelled at him because his girlfriend broke up with him when Kalani gave him a birthday gift.

Kalani cried that time because she hates it when people are shouting at her. I fought Harold because of what he did. I told him that Kalani just gave him a birthday gift and asked what was wrong with that. Kalani and I couldn't see Harold that time, that was why we went to see his girlfriend and made her give our gifts to Harold since she was his girlfriend. Harold apologized to Kalani, but Kalani didn't talk to him anymore. She hates him so much for shouting at her in front of our classmates.

We were in 2nd year high school when Kalani started to notice Kuya Lazarillo. Kuya was already in his 3rd year in college that time. It was my 13th birthday and Kuya Lazarillo performed for me. He sang my favorite song and played his guitar in front of my guests and Kalani as being Kalani, she liked Kuya Lazarillo because of that. From high school until now, Kalani wants Kuya Lazarillo for herself.

Ang tatag niya lang dahil ilang beses na siyang inayawan ni Kuya Lazarillo. Ilang taon na rin simula nang mag-habol siya kay Kuya at hanggang ngayon ay wala pa rin siyang napapala. Minsan na ngang pinakita talaga ni Kuya Lazarillo kay Kalani na nakikipag-halikan siya sa iba't ibang babae pero wala namang talab 'yon kay Kalani. Inaaway niya lang 'yung mga babae kaya hindi na naulit si Kuya Lazarillo sa pagpapa-kita kay Kalani ng mga ginagawa niya.

My brothers know all of that. They all know that Kalani liked them all and they really want Kalani to be happy. When Kuya Ladislaus found out that Kalani had a crush on her before, he started to be snob to her which made her crush disappeared. When Kuya Lazarus found out that Kalani liked her, he got a girlfriend for himself and introduced her to Kalani which made Kalani stopped liking her. They all know what they all want and that is not Kalani. Before, I asked them if they even like Kalani for themselves and just laughed at me. They said to me that they don't want to hurt my friend. I actually understand them now because they are all... playboys. They play a lot.

Si Kuya Lazarillo lang ang hindi tinantanan ni Kalani. Kalani was already convinced that I am her future sister in law and she was born to be a Marquez. She said that her biggest dream was to become a Marquez and that is by marrying my brother, Kuya Lazarillo. Only Kuya, no one else from my family.
