Kim: did you speak to father? *runs over*
Y/n: My dear little brother Kim, everything will be fine. I will come more often since how can I stop seeing my adorable little brother-
Kim: *wipes Y/n’s tears* Don’t cry, okay? Father wanted us to be together and now we are...happily together
Y/n: *hugs Kim* I will never leave you, buddy, we will stay together forever
Stepmother: *pulls Kim away* No longer will you two contact each other-
Kim: *hugs Y/n* Everything will be fine big sis *kisses Y/n’s on cheek*
Y/n: As long as we are together, things will be fine *pats his head*
Stepmother (Camila): *doesn’t want to look at Y/n*
Y/n: *whispers to Camila* don’t make me use the law to keep my little brother around
Stepmother (Camila): You come now, thinking you will fix it all, do whatever, but he is my son
Y/n: Kim is my little brother, if he wants me away I will stay away
Kim: I want Y/n here, mummy father wanted us all to be together
Stepmother: Kim don’t break your hopes, she will not return!
On the way back home- Y/n’s point of view
My heart was still aching away. Kim had more hopes than I have ever had in my whole life. I don’t want to keep letting people down by breaking their hopes. Camila, my stepmother hates me and now I understand why.
Her kid was waiting for me who never came. I figured out why my father didn’t tell me about his illness, if he did I would only come to see if he is doing alright not to spend time with Kim as family.
Life took its turn, unexpected, I have to deal with it. Playing and spending time with Kim will not be hard when he is a lovely and caring person. I wish to be the best big sister in the whole world for that one kid.
My father, I cant make it up for all of my absences, but I wish we had more time together. But I was the one who chose to leave and stay alone. The rain was pouring easily giving me a hit of coldness for each drop that fell onto my skin.
No one was around me, even at this moment. The cellphone in my pants was vibrating and I didn’t even feel for picking it up. Like always I don’t care about the moment, I brighten my voice and exhale deeply letting go of my pain just for a minute.
