2.9 So Near

I could hear her heartbeat faster and faster as her eyes were all over the place trying to find us a hiding spot. Suddenly she pushes me into a closet with no space and squeezes herself in with me.

So near that, I could feel her heart beating on my chest. So close that I could hear that she was looking for air to breathe.

So tight that I could feel her whole body pushed into mine. If she looked up all she could see would be my eyes. There is no light either, no personal space, and no air to breathe, I wanted to stay like this.

Y/n’s point of view-
My heart is running its race inside of me beating so fast and making me look for air. I saw Xiaojun the second Lucas saw the manager. Without thinking I grabbed his hand and ran as far as I could get.

My feet wouldn’t stop until I found us a safe spot. For some reason, I reacted quickly because I didn’t want Xiaojun to see me with Lucas.

I shouldn’t be hiding with Lucas away from my boyfriend, Xiaojun but I know it will be so many issues if the three of us see all of us. Holding his arm after so long made me think about the time I ran on the beach after he said he would be my everything.

Things changed so fast that it almost hurt so badly that I could feel my heart falling apart.

Stuffed in a closet with Lucas didn’t make me feel bad, but feeling his body close to mine made me think about the time he wouldn’t let me study during home school because he wanted to do something else. What happened with us?

Lucas: why did we run?

Y/n: I saw Xiaojun *heavily breathing*

Lucas: And you ran away because?

Y/n: If he sees us together, he will overthink that’s also why I didn’t want you to tell him that I am staying with you or that we have contact

Lucas: You didn’t have to run into a closet where the two of us could feel each other’s heartbeat that fast because we ran out of the blue

Y/n: Tell me what you would have done “mister smart-ass”?

Lucas: ran back to the car with space? *looks down at Y/n*

Y/n: *looks away* (Seeing his pretty black and brown colored eyes always make me get lost in them because they capture my attention right away)

Lucas: I got a message from-

Y/n: was it Xiaojun?! Did he see us?! What do we do?!

Lucas: *takes Y/n’s hand* Hey breath, he didn’t see us but the manager is at my house and wants us to come there instead because he has the list and everything

Y/n: Alright, let’s go back to your place and find a set-up for what you use *opens the closet*

Lucas: Is that way, I don’t think you saw the direction you were running to

Y/n: You can try once running away from your sweet boyfriend because you are working with your ex that is also his bandmate *sighs*
