An awkward atmosphere surrounds them... Before Venti let's out a laugh. "Barbatos? The god of Anemo? I thank you for the compliment fair maiden!" He exclaimed, "I do look like the handsome Barbatos do I not?" He added posing a bit. "Perhaps play a tune or two for you in such comments?"

"That won't be necessary bard, and it won't get you off to pay your tab," Diluc said as he crossed his arms.

I know Barbatos long enough, especially his personality and appearance.

Maybe I shouldn't have blurted that out in the blue... I'll play along for now.

"My apologies, the boys were telling me about Barbatos a few minutes ago, and the statue from the distance is what I saw when I arrived. When you came in the thought of Barbatos walking amongst us was what I had thought. My guess was wrong." I explained bashfully.

Venti perked up and looked almost relieved. He then pats my shoulder in reassurance. "Do not fret fair maiden! You too seem to look similar to an old friend I once knew! We've all been there!"

Strange... This girl seemed sure of calling me Barbatos with ease... And she does look quite familiar... Venti thought to himself as he plays his lyre for her and the guys. May she's... No.. she died 6,000 years ago.. there's no way...

After some time of talking, eating, and drinking, Diluc, Kaeya, and I headed out to go and explore Monstadt. As starters, I was shown to the Adventurer's Guild. It's new and people who seem to enjoy traveling and adventures join this guild.

"If you're ever interested, We can form a team together," Kaeya said as Diluc clears his throat which caused him to roll his eyes.

"Well, I do love exploring, and an adventure does sound fun," I replied to them. "I've always wanted to do traveling, explore the unknown, take pictures, and even enjoy it with those close to me."

"Im no adventurer... But if you would like to see and explore, I suggest a beautiful hike up Jeuyun Karst... The sight on top is breathtaking." Diluc suggest.

"Dragonspine is also a good place to start," Kaeya chimed in, which made Diluc roll his eyes a bit.

"Sure and lead her to freeze to death, tell you what? How about you go and do that for a week yes?" Diluc said sarcastically.

"Boys, boys, settle down, I'm in no rush to explore," I laughed a bit, "Monstadt is a good start for now so let's take it slow."

After the Guild, the two brothers showed me Good Hunter, a place where take in and take out orders are placed. Then I was shown around the housings, greeted a few people we passed by, up a huge flight of stairs, and then ending up in the plaza and the Cathedral.

I walked up to the statue in the center, one that truly resembled-

"And this is our beloved Archon, Barbatos, without his guidance and protection, we wouldn't have been able to build this City the moment we were set free from the 'Old' Monstadt." Diluc explained. "Though once the city was built, the archon himself had disappeared and his whereabouts are unknown."

"Unknown... I see," I replied, glancing a bit to the side to see a familiar green bard eavesdropping on us. "How long has it been since the old Monstadt soon became New Monstadt and moved here?"

"Oh, good question," Kaeya said, "If my memories are correct, I believe... 6,000 years ago."

I stopped and looked at him in disbelief. "...say what now?"

"6,000 years ago was when the Archon war here in Monstadt was going on." Diluc explained. "The former archon, Decarabian, ruled Old Monstadt with an iron fist and sealed our freedom."
