B/n's POV:

I went to the same park as Y/n did and looked around. I'm sure she's got to be around here somewhere right? Mom did say she went to the park.

"Y/n where are you?" I said and called out her name multiple times, "Don't tell me you were kidnapped or something..." I mumbled to myself and continued calling for her and shouting her name over and over again. I even asked the people in the park if they've seen my sister, which in response, they haven't. 

After a few minutes of looking, I finally sat down on a bench, under a shade, and away from the heat. I texted my friends asking if they've seen her, they all replied with the same answer. They haven't seen her...

This is concerning me more than ever, and why isn't mom even concerned at all that her daughter is missing, not for one or two hours, but going to eight hours by now. She usually gets home in under four hours. Even mom knows this routine of hers... 

I clicked my tongue in frustration and dialed her phone number one last time, trying to get a hold of her. I can't report a missing person unless the person has been missing for twelve hours... no wait, was it forty-eight? Doesn't matter...

Once again, the call ends up going to voicemail. I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration. I perked up immediately when my phone buzzed a notification as I instinctively opened it to see what it was since I was worked up on looking for Y/n... but then sighed as it was just a notification from Mihoyo about a character teaser... 

Huh, funny, that one looked like Y/n.

"Paimon is so full!" Paimon said patting her stomach as she ate a plate of sticky honey roast in the Tavern. We finished yet another story quest, this time, it was for Jean, The Acting Grandmaster for the Knights of Favonius. 

"Yea, I can tell from your round figure," I said as Diluc filled my cup with a drink since it was almost empty, "you're looking like a balloon ready to be popped. Tempting."

"Ah! Y/n can be really scary sometimes!" Paimon said as she floats behind Aether who was striking a conversation with Amber. 

Amber.. ah yes I remembered seeing her I believe in my second life??

"Your drink," Diluc said as I looked at him and smiled.
