After some time of getting and helping Bennett, Venti, and Aether out of the ditch they were in, we talked as a group for a sort moment before Bennett and the two bow users left, leaving me, Yanfei, Aether, and Venti alone.

"So what happened?" Yanfei began as we started heading back to our little camp. "I thought you guys went out hunting for boars?"

"We did... But then we had a little run into Bennett who was out looking for chests..." Aether explained.

"Yes... But that doesn't explain why you guys had this Lyre.." I said as I carried the Holy Lyre der himmel in my arms.

"Allow me to explain!" Venti began and cleared his throat. "......I forgot I had it eheheheheheheh-"

I whacked Venti upside the head with a deadpan expression. He's really trying to mess up the story here.... Wait wouldn't that mean he still had his gnosis? I doubt that.

"WHAT?! Argh! It's bad enough that we TRIED to steal it! But now returning it without a proper explanation to the church would be....be...!!" Paimon began as she was scratching her head.

"Chaotic? Absurb?" I replied as I cross my arms. "And holy shit, where did you come from?"

I-! Paimon's been here the whole time!" She replied stomping her foot in midair.

"Oh.... I didn't notice you..." I said as I cleared my throat. "No matter, let's try and head on back to the city and find Lisa or whoever can help us with this..." I added in...

Hmmm... If we were to give the lyre back now, would that somehow trigger the event when Venti's gnosis gets stolen and we meet the fine ass lady known as Lady Dimetrescu- I mean La Signora?

What kind of player would focus more on the world and side quests rather than the main story quest...... Wait a damn minute.

"Good idea! We should head to Jean's office!" Paimon said as she flies on ahead.

"But what about the trip to Liyue..?" Aether asked but his question was in vain as the others already left after Paimon. He sighed as I stayed by his side and Pat his shoulder.

"That can wait, for now, our worry is that the church isn't turning everything over to look for the lyre," I said before taking his hand and walking behind the others.

Monstadt

We stopped by the Adventurer's Guild to drop of Bennett and gave him a few apples and Sunsettia, he was still apologizing to us before going inside the building before we went on ahead, Yanfei stayed with him in case he needed anything else while Amber and Fischl reported in with Katheryn. We headed up the stairs to head to the Favonius Headquarters to talk to Jean. I've seen her in storylines and quest before, meeting her in a physical form is so...rattling.

The guards standing outside stopped at for a moment. "Greetings, I'm afraid none are allowed in at the moment." One guard with glasses said. What was his name again...Athos was it?

"Huh? Why not?" Paimon asked curiously, "did something happen?"

"No not at all, The Grandmaster Varka and Acting Grandmaster Jean are in a meeting with one of the Fatui diplomats." Athos explained as I made a surprise expression.

Varka? I've...heard of his name before... He was mentioned quite a lot in the world and side quests... Even in the Monstadt Characters' relationship with others... I don't really recall meeting him though in any of my childhood memories, just those of with Diluc, Kaeya and their father.

"How long will it take?" Venti asked with his hands on his sides, patting his foot down on the floor. "We travelers don't really have time, you see, we really need to see the Acting Grandmaster, very quite urgent and-"
