Silence loomed over us, the only sound there was going on was the soft gentle breeze of the wind. I crossed my arms and thought for a moment.

"Again, how do you know that name?" Venti asked, "no one has ever spoke of that name in years..."

"Really?" I replied, "no wonder.. But how could you forget your own friend? One that you also called N/n?"

Venti didn't want to believe, he didn't but alas, the tears soon formed and fell from his cheeks. This was the first time he had cried in many years.

"How do I know you're not toying with me about that name," Venti asked, the crack in his voice very visible.

Aww, he was like a baby. "There there, come here.." I cooed and gave him a gentle hug.

He hesitated for a moment before hugging back tightly, never wanting to let go.

After some time we walked to the gigantic tree as sat down on one of the larger roots, talking to each other just like old friends, catching up on things I missed, what are the latest with Morax and the others.

"Morax doesn't talk to me as much anymore, heck! We don't even see each other! The old blockhead had done nothing but mope around. He had taken another form, from what the winds tell me, but I don't know what kind so, that's my story with Morax." Venti went on with his explanation.

"And Guizhong?" I asked.

"Well, I'm not too sure about her, I don't know much, but I heard she... Died during the war.."

"Guizhong..." She and I were close, almost like siblings. She was one to cherish in the hearts. One thing I do know is Morax has a crush on her for the longest time... It must have been hard to lose someone you love dearly.. "What about Xiao, Ganyu, and the others?"

"Well, you'll have to go to Liyue yourself, I have lost contact with the Adeptus and Morax years ago, the only news I get about them is from the wind." Venti replied.

"I see, I see..." I hummed.

"My turn on questioning," Venti said as he was playing his lyre at the same time, the music carried by the wind around us. "When you came back to this world, what happened?"

"As in how I came back or," I began.

"Either way?" Venti replied with uncertainty.

"Well let's see... For starters, would you believe me I'm from a different world?" I asked.

"I mean, you are known as the god of Dimension so-" Venti began.

"True, it wouldn't be a shock." I snickered, "well, in other explanation, I always thought me going back and forth was just my childish imagination and you guys were my imaginary friends, but... I'm seventeen going eighteen years old and yet, here I am."

I thought deeply for a moment about the possibilities of all this. "Maybe my mind is still creative at this age?"

"Are you saying you need proof that what you're experiencing now is real?" Venti asked as his lyre disappears.

"Well I mean-"

"Say no more D/n! I know a perfect proof!" Venti grinned, "to the tavern!!"

"...Did you even listen to me when I said I'm turning eighteen-" My words didn't reach him as he was already running off ahead and waited for me.

"Turning eighteen, so that means you pass the age of an adult!" Venti replied once I caught up to him.

Back at the tavern...
