"get some sleep jisung, i should go back to my room, it's getting late." minjoon mumbled softly, looking at jisung's sleepy face as he tried to stay awake.

"please stay, i dont want to sleep alone."

"i cant do that, i have my own room to stay in."

jisung's lower lip trembled slightly and he moved his arms around minjoon's neck to hug him, trying not to cry.

"don't be upset, i'd get into trouble if i stayed."

"d-do you have to work tomorrow?"

minjoon sighed as he returned jisung's hug.

"yeah, i have work tomorrow."

jisung didn't want him to work, he wanted minjoon to spend more time with him, he didn't complain when jisung hugged onto him or wanted to hold his hand, he let jisung pick the movie and he liked spending time with him. that wad everything jisung wanted.

"how about i stay with you until you fall asleep, then I'll have to go."

jisung nodded again, rubbing his eye slightly, minjoon helped him get into bed and put the blankets over him, tucking his bear in next to him, sitting up against the headboard to wait until jisung slept.

jisung was sleepy and felt a lot more relaxed with minjoon sat next to him, he closed his eyes and let himself slowly fall asleep.

__

minjoon walked back towards his room after leaving jisung's, he was torn, he didn't know what to do.

part of him wanted to call chan at the club and have him come get jisung immediately, but at the same time, minho was still his friend, his closest friend and he felt the need to give minho a chance to make it better.

he changed directions at the end of the hall and walked towards minho's bedroom instead.

he didn't know what to expect, minho could be raging and angry, he could be upset and hurt, he sucked in a breath as he knocked on the door.

he heard some sounds behind it and footsteps before the door opened and minho stood there, his face staying blank.

minjoon could swear he saw some tear stains on minho's cheeks but he definitely didn't point it out.

"i have nothing to say to you." minho spoke quickly.

"then don't say anything, just listen."

minho didn't reply, he was staring minjoon down threateningly.

"i know you struggle with physical affection minho, i know you find it hard to be soft and cuddly, but nobody is telling you to ignore your own boundaries and push yourself out of your comfort zone. but what's happening right now is wrong, you're ignoring jisung's boundaries, you can stay in your comfort zone while giving jisung the attention he deserves. aftercare, praise, time with you, that's all he wants, he'd give anything to be cuddled even just for a little bit, to spend one of your days off downstairs at the pool or at the mall with you, for you to tell him he did good and that you're proud of him is all he wants. you can't expect him to know that without being told that, i will give you a chance to change what's going on right now and stop thinking about yourself so much, if you fuck up and hurt him again, i'm calling the club and getting him sent back there, he's still a teenager minho, he doesn't deserve to be treated like a prisoner."

minho stayed silent as he heard minjoon out, taking in what he was saying. he hated being put in his place, he hated being wrong and he hated what minjoon was saying, but he was right.

he watched minjoon leave as he stood in his doorway, after he disappeared at the end of the corridor he closed his door, turning around and leaning against it, staring at the window.

he hadn't realized he was hurting jisung so much, he had just been thinking about himself, but that's all he was used to doing, he had never had to care about someone so automatically, he didn't prioritise jisung over himself, now he felt guilty about it, the guilt felt like a heavy rock sitting at the pit of his stomach and he couldn't get it to ease off or go away.

he rubbed his forehead and sighed.

he went to his bed and got in, laying on his back and looking up at the ceiling, he didn't know what to do, his ego was too strong to go and fix it, he hated admitting he was wrong, he figured he was the last person jisung would want to see anyway, it was just now that he thought about it, he had never really hated hugging jisung, he had just been threatened by the thought of jisung getting too attached so he naturally pushed him away to prevent it.

__

jisung woke up to a knock on his door, he looked up through his hair over his forehead, rubbing his eyes.

"who is it?" he mumbled sleepily.

"it's joon, can i come in? are you covered up?"

jisung put his head back down.

"yeah."

the door opened and minjoon came in, but he wasn't wearing something smart like normal when he worked, he was in sweatpants and a hoodie, he wasn't even wearing shoes, just socks.

"minho told me not to bother working today, so it looks like i get another day off."

jisung smiled as he rubbed his eye, yawning softly.

"how about we go get breakfast?"

jisung nodded fast as he sat up, pulling the blanket off him and slipping out of bed quickly.

minjoon waited for him to wake himself up properly before going to the door. jisung followed after him, letting minjoon lead the way, he pulled his sleeves over his hands to keep then warm as they walked through the house.

minjoon took him to the kitchen where he had jisung sit on one of the stools at the island table in the middle.

"what's your favorite thing to have for breakfast?"

jisung thought for a second.

"pancakes?"

"i thought you'd say that, let's make pancakes."
