Tell me how did we get here?
And where the fuck do we go now?
First I was floating through the atmosphere
But now I'm looking up at rock bottom, bottom

Everything felt hazy for Skeppy, reality faded in and out, he wasn't sure how much time had passed since Dream had trapped him in this room, just that his consciousness waxed and waned like a sickly moon. The first thing he was suddenly aware of were hands dragging him to his feet. Claws forcing his legs back underneath himself, and he staggered to an office.

The next thing was the blast of freezing air on his skin. His eyes shot open as the doors swung closed behind him, and his body felt like jelly, his skin felt like it was burning and he'd been laying in front of a fireplace after getting sunburned. He couldn't stifle the gasp of shock as his knees gave way with the drastic temperature change.

The only reason his face didn't make out with the cold brick flooring were the strong hands that hauled him back as he stumbled and staggered. He blinked, suddenly more aware of his surroundings. He was in the corner of a large office, a fire that should've warmed the room seemed to be the source of the cold. Its flames roared an icey blue and flickering white tips.

There were three others in the room other than himself. Dream, who was currently the only thing keeping him upright, and two others who were conversing at a desk between themselves. He forced himself to breathe deep for the first time in hours, or maybe it was days, who knew, certainly not him. Focusing his sludge of a brain on studying the two men.

"ᓭ╎∷" A pinkette spoke, "ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ʖᔑℸ ̣ ᔑꖎ╎𝙹リ ᔑℸ ̣ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ʖ𝙹∷↸ᒷ∷ᓭ ᓭᔑ|| ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ∷ᒷ ∴ᔑᓭ ᔑ !¡𝙹∷ℸ ̣ ᔑꖎ 𝙹!¡ᒷリ. ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ|| ᓭ!¡𝙹ℸ ̣ ℸ ̣ ᒷ↸ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ⎓⚍⊣╎ℸ ̣ ╎⍊ᒷ ᔑℸ ̣ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ᒷ↸⊣ᒷᓭ."

Skep couldn't understand a word they were saying so instead he focused on their features. The first held himself tall despite his slightly hunched pose. Broad shouldered and burly, Skeppy couldn't help but feel nervous from the pink hulk in the room with him. The man seemed annoyed with the much smaller one at the desk, but was still talking with him. He had white eyes like Halo too, he missed Halo. Would he ever see him again?

"ℸ ̣ ⍑ᔑリꖌ ||𝙹⚍ tᒷᓵ⍑リ𝙹. Hᔑᓭ ᔑリ||𝙹リᒷ ᓭᒷᒷリ ⍑╎ᒲ ᓭ╎リᓵᒷ?" The second spoke calmly.

The other's voice was rough and scratchy like that of a thousand year old smoker. Maybe he was an old smoker. He had his hands steepled beneath his chin, sporting mutton chops, a pair of ram horns, and a new york ball cap. Out of everything on the other, the cap seemed out of place, and yet not at the same time. He held a presence of power and respect.

"||ᒷᔑ⍑, リ𝙹∷ℸ ̣ ⍑ʖ𝙹⚍リ↸ ℸ ̣ 𝙹∴ᔑ∷↸ᓭ 𝙹⚍∷ ⎓∷𝙹リℸ ̣ ⊣ᔑℸ ̣ ᒷᓭ" The pinkette grunted, a thin tail flicked behind him as he turned to leave.

The other grinned like a shark, his expression was comparable to a lion who'd smelled the gore on the savannah. It sent a shiver down the human's spine as the latter stood, chuckling. He looked between the three demons before settling his crimson gaze on Skeppy.

Skeppy visibly swallowed as he met the man's eyes. The goat strode forward, his boots clicking on the tile. No - wait - those weren't boots, he had hooves, his knees bent like an animal, balanced like a real satyr. He crouched in front of Skeppy as Dream let him go and he crumpled to his knees. His gelatin legs unwilling to support him.

"Zak... oh we've heard so much about you." His voice dripped with a sickening honey of sweetness, "I'm so glad we've finally met, such a shame it had to be on these conditions."
