Here is the concept art for the Lights! I sketched this out a few months ago and have been eager to show y'all these beasties. I scrapped the leg spikes and rings with the newer one, but this is still fairly accurate.
The rings only show up when they want to have them visible. Both sway and turn, and are covered in eyes
