THIRTY FOUR

Everything isfinally explained.

All the confusion is now gone. Somehow Ayaka felt that someone open the cage where she was trapped.

A slap of reality indeed. Aiko told her everything. It made sense in a while. Napaisip si Ayaka, all these years she's hiding for nonsense.

She run away for nothing.

She kept Haru for nothing.

Siguro ito na din siguro yung parusa sa ginawa nilang pang loloko. But both parties did a little scheme. Naipit lang talaga sila in the middle.

But what now?

5 years niyang tinago si Haru. Hindi naman pwedeng bigla na lang silang susulpot at ipapakilala niya si Haru sa ama nito.

She needs to think things through.

She asked Aiko not to tell it to anybody for now. Even to her husband. Aiko's not a fan of hiding things from her husband but she'll do it for Ayaka for the meantime.

Nangako si Ayaka na ipagtatapat ang totoo sa tamang panahon. But not very soon. Ayaw ni Ayaka na bigla bigla na lang silang papasok sa buhay nito or ito sa buhay nila especially to Haru.

She'll think first. Will balance this and that.

She will stop concluding things. She will try to make right decisions for the sake of Haru.

Aiko told her to have a talk to him again. To clear things up.

Then Ayaka remembered what he said,

"Baka gusto mo mag apply, as my wife?"

Is he even serious? It's been 5 years since they last seen each other. Hindi niya pwedeng i assume na nagstay pa din yung feelings kasi sobrang tagal na.

But the kiss they shared was so vivid Ayaka unconsciously touched her lips.

The feelings in that kiss are no lies.

Hindi pa totally nag si sink in kay Ayaka lahat ng information na natanggap niya within this day. It felt like a dream actually. Natatakot siya na baka pag gising nya sa umaga panaginip lang pala lahat, na gumawa lang ng sariling thoughts yung utak niya how to escape the reality. But no, Aiko assured her.

Aiko said she'll call tomorrow. She'll meet Ayaka and Haru.

At yun muna ang panghahawakan ni Ayaka. Kung everything that she went through today is true. Aiko will be calling her tomorrow.

Ayaka called for a day off sa office. She's not feeling well. She went through too much emotions kahapon.

Hindi pa din siya makapaniwala sa mga nalaman kay Aiko. So what happened was, both parties went on scheming each other. Reasons were both accepted.

So, they are brothers. Both of them have plans. To reach it, they had to sacrifice whatever it takes.

Then Ayaka here, was just helping out her cousin or else her cousin's life would be ruined but the ending were a real life turn over.

Magkakagustuhan din pala sila bakit pa nila kami ginamit? Isip isip ni Ayaka. Kung maglaro nga naman ang tadhana.

Nakahiga lang siya sa bed niya for a while ng biglang mag ring ang phone niya na nasa bedside table.

6am pa lang. Tulog pa si Haru sa tabi niya. Halos di siya nakatulog dahil sa pag iisip.

"Hi. Morning." bati ni Ayaka ng sagutin niya ang tawag ni Charles.

"Morning sunshine. Ready for work?"
