Gulat ang mga groupmates ko nang nakita si Kuya Ice na naghatid sa akin. Lahat sila ay nakatingin sa amin nang bumaba kaming dalawa sa sasakyan. At nang nakaalis na si Kuya Ice ay saka nila ako dinumog na ikinagulat ko.

"Kaano-ano mo si Ice Altamirano?" Bianca asked me.

"Huh? You know him?"

They all looked at me unbelievably, "Ofcourse! Who wouldn't know him?"

Lalo akong nalito. How come they know him? Hindi naman siya nag-aral sa DU.

"He's a famous DJ! And he's a good drummer! He's very popular! Bakit kayo magkasama?"

I almost couldn't believe their question. Bakit magkasama? It's like it's so wrong to see me with him. And why? Because he's famous? I don't even know about that.

Hindi nila ako tinigilan kahit nang nasa loob na kami ng dance studio. I even think they already forgot what's the reason why we're here. They're so engrossed in asking me things about him.

"He's so handsome! Ngayon ko lang siya nakita ng malapitan!" Bianca giggled with her friends.

"At naka-pambahay lang siya? He's only wearing slippers. Bakit nga kayo magkasama? Are you his relative? Imposibleng girlfriend ka niya!"

I pouted. Ofcourse? Who would even think we can be together if I'm a highschool student and he's already working?

Hindi ko na sana sasabihin ang totoo pero hindi nila ako tinigilan kahit pa habang on-going ang practice.

"Come on Coleen, tell us the truth!"

I sighed, "He's my sister's boyfriend. And I'm living with their family."

They all gasped like it's so unbelievable. At habang tumatagal na nakikita kong ganito ang reaksyon ng mga tao sa amin ay naiinis ako. It irritates me that they all think we're not a good match. Kung bakit ba kasi ang tagal ng panahon at hindi pa ako nagmamature.

We finished the day with them asking me about Kuya Ice, what is it like living with him, with his family. I know I'm just like them, I'm attracted to him, and somehow, I have an advantage because they are a family friend. I was a bit proud of it when I was telling them how he is as an acting older brother to me.

Because of that, Bianca and her girlfriends started talking to me even at school. Nabawasan ang pambubully nila at madalas ay hindi na rin naman nakaka-offend. I realized that maybe they are trying to befriend me now? Nakuntento na ako roon, atleast they don't treat me like I'm so ignorant and an outcast.

"Anong nakain ng mga 'yon at lapit ng lapit sayo?" Andrew asked me one day while we're at the cafeteria for lunch.

I shrugged and smiled at him, "They're just asking me some things.."

"Don't trust them easily alright? Baka may kailangan lang sila sayo kaya ka nila kinakausap.." Ang sabi naman ni Kristian.

I know they want information about Kuya Ice but aside from that, they're not asking me for anything else. And what's with the piece of information about him if I gain friends right? Kaya ayos lang na magkwento, wala namang masama doon.

One day, Kuya Ace failed to drive me to school again because he had to leave early. Kaya si Kuya Ice ulit ang naghatid sa akin at si Kuya Rivers naman ang naghatid kay Heather.

"I already asked Mommy for my own driver, and a car. Maybe someone will come over this weekend." I told him while he's driving for me.

Nilingon niya ako, "You don't need a driver, we can drive for you."
