An au where One Direction was never formed and the boys all had solo careers. A world where you see colors until you are 10 years old.
Once you turn 10, the world can only be seen in black and white, until you meet your soulmate. Soulmates give the world color. Not all soulmates are romantic, however. There are also platonic soulmates, people who are just meant to be friends. So, when Louis Tomlinson sees color for the first time with fellow talk show guest Harry Styles, he questions everything. Is he a platonic soulmate or are they meant for more? Of course, there's the classic lack of communication between the two boys that adds to the confusion for both of them. I mean, if they just talked about it they'd figure it out way quicker. But, then the story would be like, two pages long.
