A somewhat squeaky voice painted with plastic greeted the two. A wave of annoyance flushed over Sasha, as the she watched the red nailed girl walk with slanted steps.
"Uh no" Sasha said breathing out a fake laugh
Her eyes diverted to Spencer, whose expression was a facsimile of her feelings. Annoyed.
"So how are you Sasha?" Ruby asked taking something out from her desk which she usually sits on.
"I am good, how about you?" Sasha spoke with a forced polite tone.
Sasha and Spencer began to get up to head out of the place which clearly felt congested by Ruby's presence. Spencer handed Sasha's bag to her when the clanking of heels and shifting footsteps caught their ears.
"Ruby where did you go-"
Sasha looked to the direction to see Nicole entering the classroom. Sasha heard a silent groan of irritation from beside her, making a hidden smile to split over her face. Spencer despised Nicole's presence and it was very clear by the way he acted.
"Hey Sasha" Nathan suddenly said taking Sasha surprise.
She suddenly remembered the last conversation they had and gave a mortified nod of recognition. Nicole began to slow strut forward slowly, standing beside Ruby who was just infront of the duo.
"Hey Sasha" She said in her deep voice.
"Hi Spencer" She eventually turned to her target, greeting him.
Spencer just nonchalantly nodded not paying much attention. His eyes diverted to Sasha whose sight profile looking breathtaking in his eyes. Her head awkwardly turned to him, giving a reluctant expression which he returned expressing his annoyance.
"We will be leaving" Spencer suddenly announced turning to Sasha who nodded as they began to make their way out.
"Spencer!" Nicole suddenly called out making him halt by the door, clearly agitated.
He turned to her with his right eyebrow cocked in question. Her hands went to the table she was leaning by, her matted magenta nails drumming on the surface lightly.
Spencer felt like taking her hand and disfiguring it, sounded violent but his dislike for this girl was upto the maximum. He doesn't know her properly but he is well aware she is up to no good.
"There is an outing today. You know our friends are going to Darling Harbour. Why don't you join us?" Nicole said in an overly friendly voice.
She looked at Spencer with a hopeful look completely disregarding Sasha's presence. Everyone including Sasha made a weirded out expression at her behaviour. Nathan found her unusual behaviour slightly conflicting. This was not her. Ruby and Nathan exchanged looks finding her odd.
"Outing with you? I'd rather spend my time in the trashcan" He said before storming off the place clearly angered by her guts.
Sasha's mouth slightly opened at the statement in shock, still processing the information. Nicole's face became pale from embarrassment while the others just gave a look which duplicated Sasha's.
