A vile feeling piled up within Sasha, as her mind kept twirling around the same thought over and over again. The picture from last night replayed in her head like a broken radio. Wasn't love supposed to bloom on the first day? Or was hers like spring where the trees first run dry and later bloom into gorgeous shades? She couldn't figure.

The fantastic weather welcomed the world with open arms. The jovial sun and bird were in sync with their tasks to make a warm day for the citizens. Sasha was the odd one out. Her heart felt like December, with no affable companion. The one she newly expected to provide her with comfort was the prime reason why she felt this way. She was too lost in her thoughts until her subconscious mind alerted her of the similar structure of her university gate making her palpitations escalate. Taking a deep breath to calm down her beating her, she walked towards the gate.

Her walk inside was peaceful and without any hurtful instances. It was until she reached the open area did her heart drop to her stomach. To her dismay but her expected outcomes, Aiden was intently conversing with Nicole and they seemed quite entertained with each other's presence. Not Sasha. A sigh escaped her lips as she decided to ignore him and go towards her friends who were laughing like there was no tomorrow.

"Hey" She greeted in a small voice.

"Sashaaa" Noelle came forward to hug her in her squeaky voice which Sasha reciprocated with a small fake smile.

She smiled at each one of them and waved slightly with a fake smile. Mission cleared. No one seemed to have noticed her off mood.

"May I know the comedy scene which is making you you laugh like idiots?" Sasha smirked, trying to make herself feel better with her weapon: Distraction.

"Oh basically, yesterday Amelia and I were walking through the hall, and she was ripping off professor Wells. After a whole session, turns out he was right behind us. Not sure if he understood" Noelle finished laughing slightly at the end.

"You better wish he didn't listen, or your semester grades are in for a rude girl," Sasha said laughing slightly with her eyebrows raised.

"Yeah, thanks a lot, Sasha! That was very helpful" Amelia spoke seriously tensed of the circumstances.

Sasha's head rotated to the duo who were still deep into their conversation making her sigh in disappointment. Aiden seemed to have felt eyes on him and turned around to look straight at Sasha who looked away as if he was just a stranger in the crowd. He instantly started to walk towards her and Sasha had noticed it from her periphery. She was in no mood to have a conversation with him at the moment so she hurriedly turned to Amelia and spoke.

"Let's go professor Wells is waiting" A chuckle escaped her mouth at Amelia's scowl and started to walk away totally ignoring the boy who was about to speak to her.

Aiden frowned at Sasha's arbitrary hostility. Just yesterday they were all flirty and all, although he ditched her midway to go talk to his friends. His mind lingered around the possibility of that being the reason. His hands swiped through his silky brown locks, head titled in deep thought when a feathery female voice called out for him. He turned around to see Nicole.
