"N-No! Don't take my picture! I look like an ogre!" I complained, trying to swat away Dean's Polaroid. He was laughing so hard he tripped on the sand.
"C'mere, you!"
I hobbled away, maneuvering parallel to the shore just a step ahead of Dean. "I never should'a gotten you a camera for Christmas!" I giggled, "I condemned myself!"
"Yes, now face your punishment!" he caught up to me, and snapped a picture while I was lost in laughter.
"Noooo!" I wailed jokingly, "Give me that! Aha!"
I stole the Polaroid from Dean, chasing after him to try and take a picture. "Slow down! No fair!"
I sat down on the sand and pouted. "Dean! Not fair," I complained like a child, "I can't run, I'm broken."
Dean jogged back to me, "Right, sorry! I'll play fair, oka--"
I quit the act and snapped a photo. "Gotcha!"
"Oh, you little--!"
He tackled me into the wet sand. "Ah! No! Stop! Mercy! Uncle, uncle!" I screeched, but he didn't listen - he continued to tickle me mercilessly.
"I'll teach you to trick me!" Dean growled, making me squirm beneath him as he tickled my torso, "Learned your lesson?!"
"Yes, yes!" I squealed, "Please! Stop! Gah, this hurts-- mercy!"
I breathed deeply when he stopped, ignoring the sharp pain in my ribs. He didn't get off me, though, just stared down at me lovingly. "You're pretty."
"Thank you," I chuckled, letting him kiss me. A man walked by and stopped, scowling, but we didn't care. Dean just kept kissing me.
"Get outta here, faggots!" the man croaked, gesturing for us to 'shoo.' We're not flies!
Dean held up a middle finger. "You don't like it, you don't look," he said coolly, "Now you get outta here."
The man huffed and walked away. I like this - not having to hide anymore. Flashing our colours all over, saying 'Fuck you! We're in love! Do something about it, I dare you!'
Dean kept kissing me sweetly, and I could almost taste his smile. It tastes sweet, like sugar or pineapple juice. Or pie. Or cake. Or raspberries! Mmm!
"I...love...you so...damn...much, angel," Dean whispered between lip-locks, "I hope...you know...that."
I grinned, "I do."
He smiled back, "Tell me you'll say that exact thing in another context."
I blushed shyly, "I-If it came to that...God, I couldn't refuse."
Dean kissed me deeply again, "Thank God. Marry me?"
"Wh-What? Here?" I gulped, "R-Really? Now? Wait-- wha--?"
"Totally kidding," Dean laughed, and I joined, "We're not even 19 yet. But someday, yeah?"
"Yeah."
He kissed me passionately, hugging my shoulders and nipping at my bottom lip as the waves slammed onto the wet sand only a few feet from us.
"Well, aren't you two just the cutest ever!" a young voice spoke. Dean looked up and rolled his eyes.
"Hey...Sammy."
Sam bitch-faced us, "Deaniel, I haven't seen you that happy since--"
Dean looked away, his eyes blank, lost in thought. "Before, if you so much as got sand in your shoe you'd flip," Sam continued awkwardly, "Now you're rolling in it. He really changed you."
