Ember sighed as the dragons secured the gag around his mouth and the shackles on his talons and the binds on his wings.
"Prepare for GREATNESS!" Edward yelled. "I will take Ember's powers, then destroy the Dragon Troop! Those blobs of dragon poop can't get far! Dragon Elite Team forever!"
"Dragon Elite Team forever!" The Dragon Elite Team chanted. He turned back to the cage that Ember was in and snickered.
"Goodbye... Ember." Edward said softly, then taped the 'on' button on his headset.
Pain blazed like a thousand needles as the headset on Ember's head turned on. The headset turned orange, then slowly, slowly turned yellow, then green.
Ember felt his powers leaving him. He felt tired.
Hopeless.
He knew no one could save him now. The Dragon Troop is in danger. With Ember's special powers, Edward could locate the Dragon Troop and destroy them.
Ember coughed as Edward cackled. The light was getting brighter- brighter- brighter... The light was blinding Ember.
Then everything went black.
