Clara's POV

I felt a weight on my chest. The feeling of danger, someone looking over my shoulder. I and Fran immediately get up and walk back into the house without telling my grandfather nor Tyler. My heats pounding as I walk into the kitchen to see Elijah playing with his teddy, my grandmother looking at me then her face contouring with concern.

"We've got to go" I say sternly to her. She nods and throws me some keys. Then grabs Elijah and takes him upstairs. I run up and go straight to my room, I grab Eli's bag and run back downstairs. I leave the rest of our things here. It's not needed. Shortly, Thea comes downstairs with Elijah fully dressed. She smiles at me, "Take care of yourself. If it comes to it...let me know" She says with seriousness, I nod in response and carry Eli to the garage. Once we get there I see Tyler turn around and look at me confused.

"Fran, I need you to let Mel and Jade know. Bailey's gone out, tell her once you see her" Fran nods in response and I walk over to the G Wagon. We can't use my own car nor Tyler's, and that's why Thea threw me the keys for this car.

I place Elijah in his baby seat, he looks at me as if he knows. I turn around, to see Tyler hovering me. Confusion written in her eyes. "We need to go." I grab her hand, she gives me a light kiss then sits in the passengers seat. I run over to my grandfather. He looks at me with a soft smile, "Take care dear. I'll have my men ready" He kisses my cheek and I hug him tightly. Then run back to the car, where I drive out of the estate.

I pass my phone to Tyler and hear her sigh, for the rest of the journey there's silence. Elijah didn't sleep, just played with his teddy and watched his favourite show. We couldn't stop for food. It's too dangerous. And we don't know where is safe.

"Where are we going?"

"A place where he won't be able to find us" I say coldly.

It's starting to get dark, I've been driving for a couple hours. Then I see the house from afar. It's in the mountains, miles away from residences. As we get there I see from the mirror, Elijah staring out. I put in the pin and the gates open revealing a large house, in all black. As I drive in, I can see the guards. I park up and unbuckle myself and Elijah. Ty grabs Eli, I come outside and walk up the stairs, opening the front door. The guards at me and I enter in.

"Woah"

This is a place my parents got for I and Jade. A safe house you could call it. Bailey's parents got her one too as well as Luke's. Our family go through a lot of things that can lead to dangerous paths.

The room has marble flooring with a black staircase in the middle, multiple black sculptures and frames. The living room is modern as well as the kitchen, they are both very large which I love. I look at Tyler and she's still looking around with a tired Elijah on her chest. I walk upstairs and slowly hear steps following me. Once I get up, I walk into my room and taken in the atmosphere. The rooms red and black with a desks and sofa in the corner. A walk in closet and bathroom on the other side.

"The guards should have set the crib up in the room across the hall, can you put him there?" I ask her, she looks at me with large eyes then nods hesitantly. I smile lightly and leave a small kiss on her lips. She then disappears for a bit.

No way in hell he will find us.

Tyler's POV

I put Elijah down and give him a small kiss then wait as he slowly falls asleep. After seeing that message I'm baffled, I really didn't think he'd find us at all. It just doesn't make any sense. I let out a sight and get back up, walking to the other room. Clara is there on her laptop looking in the zone, I give her a kiss on the head then go straight to the shower. The oil stains still on my skin and slight sweat. As I step in the water hits my chest and all the grime and dirt wash away, I'm able to breath and feel some kind of relief. I start washing my hair feeling my headache disappear and the refreshing feeling.
