The Mare Mission

*One Month Time Skip*

Bad was out at the shops, looking for the perfect gift for Skeppy. It was their wedding anniversary. Later that night they would be going out to dinner, or at least that's what they thought.

Skeppy had mentioned wanting a gold bracelet, but he also mentioned about 20 other things. Bad decided to just get him a few things. He loved Skeppy, but didn't want to spoil him too much. Skeppy was finally at a point in his life where he didn't recklessly spend his fortune.

While in one of the jewelery shops, he spotted Prince Technoblade. He wasn't expecting him to be around, so he approached him.

"Hey Techno, what's bringing you around here?"

Technoblade looked up, holding multiple pieces of jewelry. He planned on buying them all. "Just...shopping."

"Yeah? There's some nice Jewelry places around here...how's your kingdom?"

Techno shrugged, not really wanting to talk.

"How's Tommy?" Bad tried to put the attention on someone else.

Technoblade stopped looking through the jewelry and took a deep breath. "Look, I'm not having a good day. Maybe you should leave."

"O-oh I'm sorry, we could talk about it though? What happened today?"

Techno knew Bad wouldn't just leave that easily. "Phil sent me here to get a horse for Tommy. It was supposed to cheer him up or something."

"Don't you usually get horses from Dream's family?" Bad tilted his head.

"Yeah but Tommy has his mind set on a particular horse. He wants one of those Appaloosas, or whatever."

"Ooh, they are pretty. Tommy never struck me as the horse type. Does he ride them?"

"No, he just thinks they're cool to look at." Technoblade let a small grin slip across his face.

"Sounds like Tommy, did you get the horse?"

"No...showed up to the place and the husband and wife were fighting like they were in a war. Throwing plates, silverware, pretty sure she threw a knife at him. I love violence, but it was very unprofessional..." Technoblade continued to look at the jewelry.

Bad felt bad that Tommy wouldn't get his horse. "That's awful!"

"Yeah so now I have to go back with no horse. As if Tommy isn't already going through a lot."

"I wish I could help...I'm sure there will be other appaloosas for sale."

"Tommy's stubborn. He wanted this specific one. He had a name picked out and everything."

"What was the name?" Bad asked curiously.

"Clementine. Weirdest name I've ever heard."

Bad giggled. "That's a cute name...maybe you could still get the horse? If you go back, they might be done fighting."

Technoblade shrugged "I don't want to go back there. It's a waste of my time."
