Bad put Drista's things in the carriage and shut the door. They were about to go to Dream's kingdom.

"Skeppy, you go ahead and get in. I'll be back in a minute." He held the other door open and Skeppy got in the carriage.

"Are you sure you don't want me to come in with you?" Skeppy asked.

"I'm sure muffin, just wait here." Bad shut the carriage door and ran back into the castle. He went upstairs and tried to open the guest room again. "Drista, we're ready to leave."

He got nothing but silence in return.

"Drista, we're literally about to leave!" Bad knocked on the door. He heard her move closer. "Come on, you wanted to go home yesterday. What's different now?"

"Go away!"

Bad sighed and went down to the kitchen. He got a butter knife from the drawer, and headed back upstairs. He attempted to unlock the door with it, but he wasn't experienced. "Drista, please. We really need to get going. Why are you refusing to go now?" Bad knew something had to be wrong. "Talk to me."

Drista unlocked the door herself, but let Bad open it.

She looked terrified and tired, she hadn't slept more than 3 hours the previous night.

"What's wrong?" Bad waited for a response.

"How do I know you're actually taking me home, and not admitting me somewhere?"

Bad looked down at her, and shrugged. "You'll just have to trust me."

"You're basically still a stranger to me, how can I trust you?" She didn't seem spiteful and angry, she just seemed scared and exhausted.

"Well for one, I'm not sure I can admit you anywhere. I have no legal custody over you. So it wouldn't really work, unless they have hard evidence that you're at risk of hurting someone. Two, if I was going to admit you...I would of done it after you told me you stabbed someone. Don't you think?" He tilted his head, and held out a hand towards her. "Come on, I'm taking you back to your kingdom.

Drista took his hand, and let him lead her down the stairs. Then to the carriage. "Why do you still care?"

"Because it's not fair to judge people only based on the bad parts. You're supposed to judge the good and the bad." Bad opened the carriage door, and let her get in. Then he got in after her. "Okay, everyone ready?"

"Yeah" Skeppy replied.

"I guess so" Drista sighed and looked out the window.

They arrived at Dream's kingdom, taking in the view of the castle. It was gorgeous, to hide the darkness inside it.

"Your castle is beautiful!" Skeppy admired the structure from the carriage window.

"Thanks, I do like it." Drista was more than relieved to see that they actually took her home. She suddenly felt a sense of respect for Bad. He dealt with all her problems, without breaking on her.

They parked at the castle gates, and Bad got out to speak to the guards. They didn't want to let them in, until he had Drista come out of the carriage. They couldn't deny the princess.

They walked in together, Bad was holding Skeppy's hand. Nervous to know what was about to come.

Drista was walking well ahead of them, hoping Dream was home.

They met with the king and queen first. Bad bowed respectfully, and Skeppy stood proudly.

"What is your business here?" The king asked, avoiding the fact that his daughter was back.
