Addy stared up at him, skin glistening with the precipitation of his ablutions, hair in moist ringlets that adhered to the sharp planes of jaw and chin. His eyes, whose violet color usually communicated sharp attention were dark and muddy, slow and sluggish. She didn't bother to wonder why the piercing glint was missing as the whole of her focus was tight on his body, covered only in a towel that he held loosely at his waist. None of him a disappointment from her memory.
The defined structure of his tense muscles conveyed his absolute power over her, and the smattering of scars, a puckering of discolored flesh highlighted the difficulty of his life. It was all she could think about, all she was living for in this most delicate of moments. That singular Jaxness where all gentleness seemed a surprise in the light of the obvious violent capabilities. The crest of hips created the well loved narrowing of the junction between abdomen and thigh. A subtle displacement of the towel at the apex of that triangle, the warm water an encouragement for best display, dropped the bottom out of her belly a jolt of electricity blanking her brain.
He hadn't said anything, waiting on her, a cocked elbow taking his tired weight against the door. All the thoughts that had been circulating in her mind, occupying every corner of her psyche were blown out by the force of his inadvertent sexual energy. Leaving her with a single word in her arsenal, the only thing she could think of.
"Please." She whispered, and she saw his impassive posture stiffen. "Please don't turn me away, I'm so tired of being rejected. He always did that so please...dont you do it too..."
She reached for him, hesitant at first but when he didn't resist she started to disentangle from all reason. Crushing her lips to his, telling him as best she could exactly what she was asking for. He grunted and started to pull away, but paused at the next 'please' she whispered against his mouth. It was a moment of thumping delay, her body seized with the waiting. His eyes became stormy and clear, pupils dilated and gaze fixed with a fierce intensity on her own. She saw first a question and then surrender reflected in the amethyst pools before he drug her fully in the room. Closing the door behind her, and dropping his towel, exhibiting his own physiological eagerness. The shattering of control emblazoned on her skin with his now greedy mouth.
He lifted her suddenly, all preamble gone, making her weightless, like he could release her and she would float above the floor with no effort at all. No longer ponderous confined water but ethereal air, existing everywhere all at once.
She wrapped her legs around his waist, breath becoming ragged as he pressed her against the door, his hands no longer restrained by any proprietary or personal limitation. She remembered this man- had longed for him, the animalistic version he kept under check finally breaking free of the chains.
Becoming air again, her body expanding to the dimensions of the room as he carried her to the bed. The sensation of falling barely distracting her from his pressing, kneading hands as he tumbled down with her. Disconnecting for the long moments it took to discard her pajamas, already soaked with sweat and personal slickness. Her body eager to receive and his equally impatient to give. Then, with the power and skills that were so distinctly male he was on her, in her, of her. Possessing every fiber of her being as he crashed against her with the force of a sonic boom, leaving trembling waves in his wake.
With each sound of pleasure that was muffled against his shoulder, his rough cheek, or simply allowed to ring free into the room she continued to plead with him.
Take my pain.
Bring me back.
Remind me
With each exquisite filling stroke of his body, life stealing kiss, and well placed circle he answered her.
I will
I am
I must
Within him, she found what she was looking for. The peace of the ignorant, no longer experiencing anything else exterior just the bliss of press and fill, pull and close. The contrast of their bodies, the hard power of one and the soft supplication of the other, the only things that maintained their existence, all else was simply black. The wounds that lingered on her heart, body, and soul faded to nothing. Blinking out of reality with the arching of her back. The fragments of her broken mind reforged under his touch.
They came apart together, bodies still in sync, their rhythm nearly circadian in nature. Primal and instinctual like the time apart could do nothing to undo the lessons they had learned through long hours of practice.
Addy screamed in earnestness with her release, sounding like the rise and fall of tearing vocal cords. Heedless of any listening ears that may still be awake in the house, letting any who may have been know how he made her feel. Just how much she had needed him, needed this. Just now.
He rested a moment, face hidden against her neck. She could feel his haggard breath against her skin and hear the rasp in her proximal ear. Her arms were around his shoulders, holding him fast against her while he supported his weight with one elbow, a hand fusing her hips to his. She listened to him regain his reason, felt him release her slowly, easeing from her. Turning his face where she could see him, soft and clouded over in afterglow. He placed gentle kisses on her forehead, cheeks and eyelids before pressing one more firmly to her lips.
He rose away from her, sitting back on his heels between her legs and she pulled them up and rolled to the side to ease his escape. She started to search for her clothes, finally ready for sleep, her mind eased. A gentle relaxation was beginning to weigh her down and she wanted to return to her bed quickly to take advantage of the feeling. Experience the sleep of the satisfied for the first time in what felt like years. Jax caught her shoulder, speaking for the first time that evening.
"Stay, please?"
Addy looked up at him, his face an echo of her own, satisfaction first and foremost, but there was something else- a pleading in his eyes she would never be able to claim she didn't see. He wanted her to stay like she had wanted him to take her, he had done his part surely she could do this. She nodded and he placed both hands on either side of her face kissing her again with enough passion that heat once again bloomed between her thighs, readying to accept him again, but he pulled away.
"I'll be right back."
He retreated to his bathroom, and Addy realized that she herself had some postcoital needs to attend to. For a moment she considered simply joining him, sneaking into the shower behind him. Let him wash and care for her, but that was more intimacy then she was ready for. Instead she pulled back on her pajamas and snuck across the hall to her room and its ensuite privy. A quick personal maintenance before returning, snuggling into the open arms of her...what exactly?
When she was done, the warmth of the over long shower and the call of her bed was too strong. She longed for a night all to herself for the first time in years. No negotiating for space or getting too hot with a furnace of a man pressed against her, just a restful night of sleep. A symbol of her hard won freedom.
However, Jax had seemed insistent, like her remaining was something he needed from her badly. She didn't think about it much, overtired mind incapable of empathy and focusing instead on justification. Surely it wasn't that important to him, she thought as she crawled under her covers- the bed now feeling soft and cool instead of hot and confining. Her final thoughts before surrendering to deep sleep was that he could forgive her. Jax would be fine.
Right?
