Chapter Ten: Altered

Once they were fully morphed, the rangers arrived on the attack sight and saw the monster attacking the citizens. Using their lightning powers, they made lightning strike around the monster blocking it's path, which in turn allowed the civilians to take off running.

"Don't you know it's not nice to attack an innocent human being?" says Sam as the monster turned around.

"Who are you?!" exclaimed the monster.

"Your worst nightmare," says Mark. "Let's get him guys!"

Quickly, the rangers started attacking the monster as it started to fight back, Katrina was doing her best to help her team, but she kept thinking back to the music video and wishing she were singing the song she wrote herself. Though the longer the battle commenced, the monster would continue to fight, he struck Mark first, injecting a strange venom into his system. The minute Mark was attacked he flew back and landed on the concrete rolling and dimorphing. Sean and Sam had held onto the monsters arms as Tara tried to strike it with her spear but before she could even strike the monster, it shot a beam, knocking Tara back making her dimorph.

"Tara!" yelled Sam as he got distracted and the next thing he knew was that the monster had hit him, and he fell to the ground dimorphing.

"Sam!" yelled Katrina. She and Sean were the only ones left who could fight but even Sean was losing as the monster had shot Sean with the beam. "No! Sean!" she screamed as she turned to the monster.

"And then there was one," laughed the monster evilly.

"No one does that to my friends!" she exclaimed. "Silver bow!" Kat's weapon appeared in her hands as she loaded it with the arrows and shot it at the monster which wounded it.

"Gah!" exclaimed the monster as he stumbled back. "This isn't over Silver Ranger! You just wait and see!" with a snap of his fingers, he vanished making Katrina turn to her friends and tried waking them up.

"Mark?" says Katrina as she knelt beside him, Katrina shook Mark briefly but the minute she did, Mark shoved her hand away and stood.

"Don't touch me," he says. Something had been different about Mark as she soon realized that he was wearing dark clothes and his eyes had briefly changed red. Katrina dimorphed as her eyes widened. "My name is not Mark, it's Dark!" Eventually, the rest of the rangers came to, however, like Mark, they seemed different. Katrina turned her ring as a projection of Dean and Colby appeared.

"Guys, we may have a situation, teleport us back to the bunker, immediately," Spoke Katrina.

"Right," Says Dean as he walked over to the computer and started the teleportation sequence which teleported all five back to the bunker.
