Chapter Forty-Three: Scrap Metal

"I don't think so," says the green ranger. "We won't let any harm come to Ethan!"

"Rangers," says Morgana as her lips slipped into a snarl. "It did not take you long to find me did it?"

"Not when we tracked down your monster friend," responds the pink ranger. "This time however, you won't get away!"

"We'll see about that," Morgana turned toward Gadgetron. "Gadgetron, destroy them!"

"Right away mistress!" says Gadgetron as he attacked the rangers. Before they could react, he slammed into them throwing the rangers outside the cave. Seeing her chance, Morgana released Ethan from the chains and kept a grip on his arm. Slightly wounded, but not too weakened, the rangers summoned their weapons.

"Mark," yells Sam. "Go and save Ethan, we've got this!"

"Right," agrees Mark as he went after Morgana. His team fought against Gadgetron as much as they could. Gadgetron tried to summon one of his weapons only to have it sliced off by Sam's weapon.

"Silver bow!" yells Katrina as she summoned her weapon, jumping into the air she shot her arrows at Gadgetron who tried to deflect it only to have the arrow pierce his armor.

"Blazing spear!" exclaims Tara as the spear sharpened to a point. She ran at the monster and struck it in the chest. "You think that you can take advantage of our weak spots, well, you have one thing coming!" she continued. "It's time for you to take flight!"

"Wait hold on!" says Gadgetron as Tara put all her power into her spear and tossed Gadgetron into the air. "Whoa!" Gadgetron was flying towards Sammy who summoned his weapon.

"Thunderlight Saber!" using the saber like a baseball bat, he swung at Gadgetron who yelled.

"I'm not a baseball!" exclaims the monster as the saber struck him in the chest sending him flying toward Dean.

"Golden Eagle gun!" Dean shot at Gadgetron who eventually fell onto the ground and started rolling. Meanwhile, Morgana had tried to escape with Ethan; she held her dagger in her hand as she continued to take off running. However, as she was about to escape, Mark called on his lightning gun and shot directly at Morgana. She stopped as she looked over to see Mark standing in a tree, he had pointed his gun directly at her.

"Not one more move Morgana," says Mark. "Let Ethan go,"

"You think it's that easy don't you Mark?" Mark sucked in his breath knowing that his identity had been revealed to his friend. This meant it put him in more danger than he wanted, jumping down from the branch he kept his gun pointed at Morgana; as Mark took a step forward Morgana quickly held Ethan in front of her and placed the dagger on his neck. "One more step Fischbach and your friend will be dead,"

"Mark..." says Ethan who was slightly terrified. "Please!"

"Shh," says Morgana as she whispered in his ear. "I know you want him to save you but it's either you or him,"

"What do you want?" Asks Mark, keeping the gun pointed at Morgana.

"What me and my boss have always wanted, to rule over your world and take control of that colt," she said. "When we have that colt, we can release all of hell and we'd be able to do what we wanted,"

"Yeah, that's not going to happen," responds Mark. "Let Ethan go, or I will shoot,"

"Go ahead, you can't shoot me without shooting your friend,"

"Watch me," says Mark as he shoots at Morgana's hand, making her drop the dagger and release Ethan; he stumbled out of her grasp as he ran behind Mark .

"Red ranger! You are getting on my last nerves!" yells Morgana as she tried to attack Mark. However, Mark was much stronger than she was and defeated her easily. She glared at Mark with hatred.

"You will pay for this Fischbach!" snapping her fingers lightning struck around her as she disappeared.

"Are you okay Ethan?" asked Mark as he turned his attention to his friend. Meanwhile, the other five rangers stood next to each other.

"Yeah I'm fine, but I think you should go help your team Mark," suggested Ethan. Mark nodded his head and gave Ethan a hug.

"Get to safety," says Mark. Ethan nodded and quickly left for safety, now that his friend was safe, Mark went to go join his friends to see that the monster was already weakened.

"Hey guys!" says Mark. "What I miss?"

"Not much," says Sean. "I think it's time we ended this creature,"

"Right! Let's put them together guys!" says Mark.

"Right!" they all exclaimed at once.

"Golden Eagle gun!" yells Dean as he tossed his weapon into the sky. "Combine!"

"Thunder Light Saber!" exclaims Sammy as he tossed his weapon into the air. "Combine!" Sammy and Dean's weapons combined into a rifle crossbow and landed in their hands.

"Rifle Crossbow! Ready!" they yelled.

"Thunder Mace!" yells Mark as he threw his weapon into the air. "Combine!"

"Lightning Sword! Combine!" exclaims Sam, tossing his weapon into the air and combining with Mark's.

"Blitz Daggers!" says Sean as he tossed them into the air. "Combine!" the weapon combined with Mark's and Sam's.

"Blazing Spear!" yells Tara tossing her weapon up. "Combine!"

"Silver bow!" exclaims Katrina. "Combine!" with all the weapons combined into one it formed the lightning strike cannon.

"Lightning Strike Cannon! United!" yells the rangers. "Lightning Strike Cannon! Charge!"

"Can we talk about this? I could give you some new gadgets!" says Gadgetron as he was trying to worm his way out of the predicament he was in.

"The time for talk is over with," says Sam.

"Lightning Strike Cannon, Rifle Crossbow Fire!" says the rangers all as one, immediately the combined weapons flew from their hands and struck the monster as it sparks shot from the different holes in his chest.

"No! I was trying to do something for my king!" exclaims Gadgetron. "Please forgive me, my king!" without any other words, Gadgetron exploded as the rangers removed their weapons.

"Monster, Destroyed!" Meanwhile, Morgana and Azazel were watching from the ball as their eyes grew wide knowing very well that Lucifer wasn't going to be happy when he came back from his nap.

A shiver ran down Morgana's spine as she felt that her plan was once again foiled. Anger and annoyance crossed her face as she heard the door to the throne room open, Morgana gulped as she turned around to see Lucifer entering the room. Together, Azazel and Morgana tried their best to hide what had happened until Lucifer looked at his henchmen with confusion.

"Hello you two," says Lucifer. "How's our ranger situation going?"

"Well," says Morgana. "My lord, um I hate to tell you this but...." she looked at Azazel and quickly pushed him forward. "Azazel has something to tell you,"

"What?!" yells Azazel as he glared at Morgana. Turning his attention away from Morgana he looked at Lucifer and gulped. "The rangers destroyed Gadgetron, and Mark saved his friend,"

"What?!" yells Lucifer. "You can't be serious! You idiots can't even do one thing right!" Lucifer continued to yell at his henchmen as the rangers celebrated their brief victory. But there was something Dean wasn't looking forward too, he had a feeling that there was something much stronger in the making and he needed to make sure that they were prepared if anything bad were to happen.
