He still hated what was happening and did not expect Katrina to fall in love with a bad boy. He was nothing compared to Sammy and Dean, they fought monsters for a living and now here he was watching his relationship fall apart. Meanwhile, somewhere on the other side of the country, a certain goddess had a strange feeling that there were other rangers like her team after what one of her rangers had told her, she had to figure it out herself. But she already had a hunch about who chose the said rangers however, she couldn't be sure. She had called one of her rangers, Kristina, to investigate the situation and hoped that her hunch wasn't correct. She had sent Kristina to California as that was where Shela had supposedly helped a pink ranger.
Back in hell, Lucifer was already stoked to see what had happened between the silver ranger and the black ranger. Even though the sins hadn't done anything yet, he felt accomplished that pretty soon he was going to have the colt in his hands; however, a small fight wasn't going to cut it. He had to have a full-blown argument and jealousy.
"Envy!" he called out as Envy stepped forward with a malicious grin on his face. "I need you to go to the human world and spread your jealousy through every single human being," he continued. "Even the power rangers,"
"Yes, your majesty," Envy disappeared and made his way to the human world. While that went down, Sam had arrived at Starbuck and ordered a coffee. He had a lot on his mind and felt that it would have been better if he stayed where he was for a little bit. At least until he calmed down. His order was ready, so he politely went up to get it, once he was done, he took a seat at one of the booths and stared out the window for a good fifteen minutes until the door rang signaling that someone had entered. A young woman with brown hair and dark clothes entered the store she had been from out of town and wanted to check out the Starbucks down the street. When she entered, she saw a blonde-haired man sitting at a booth alone. After she ordered her drink, she made her way over to him. The man looked up and saw her standing by his booth.
"Hey," she said. "Are you okay? You look like your heart just broke,"
"Is it that obvious?" questioned the man.
"Pretty much, what's your name?" asked the girl.
"I'm Sam," he said. "What about you?"
"My name's Kristina," Kristina held out her hand as Sam politely shook her hand. When Kristina saw the ring with the lightning emblem on it she seemed slightly suspicious but didn't say anything because she wasn't sure. Pulling her hand away, Sam too also saw a crystal that was around Kristina's wrist, it was a teal color and seemed to sparkle in the sunlight. Snapping out of his thoughts he took a drink of his coffee and stared out the window. Not liking how silent he was Kristina had to break the ice.
"Are you okay?" she questioned.
"Not really," responds Sam.
"What's the matter?"
"It's my birthday today and my girlfriend practically likes someone else," he said. "she's been keeping things a secret from me all day,"
"Are you sure she likes someone else?" suggested Kristina. "What if it's something different? What if she's throwing you a surprise party?"
"Right, it looked like she didn't even remember it,"
"Sam," says Kristina. "I think you should talk to her, maybe hear her side of the story?"
"Why would I talk to her? She has to be the one to talk to me,"
"Sam," answers Kristina. "Relationships are a two-way streak, it has to be met in the middle otherwise it's not the best relationship," Sam seemed to consider this for a second then realized that Kristina was right and not a moment too soon because his ring had gone off and he was trying hard not to reveal his secret identity.
"What is that noise?" she questioned even though she knew the sound.
"Oh um," says Sam trying to come up with an excuse. "It's nothing, just my phone going off," he continued. "excuse me,"
Without saying anything else, Sam stood from his seat and threw his coffee away. Kristina watched as Sam left Starbucks, she waited for a few minutes and followed pursuit after. If Artemis had been correct and Shela had saved a ranger then she had to find out who they were, and she knew damn well that when the ring went off it was a call for a ranger to go into battle. Staying within the shadows she watched as Sam arrived at the center of the city. Kristina watched as he joined up with six other people, few of which looked familiar. A sudden evil laughter forced Kristina to stay in the shadows so that she would not be seen. She saw a man with a long cloak and brown hair.
"Well rangers," says the man "I see you've arrived at the perfect time,"
"Leave those people alone!" exclaims Mark. "You should not be here in the first place!"
"What are you going to do about it red ranger?" says the monster. "I am Envy, there's nothing you can do to stop me!"
"We'll see about that," says Sean. "Ready rangers?"
"Lightning Strike, Ranger up!" all seven exclaimed, Kristina recognized Mark's voice as well as Sean and the Winchester brothers. She peeked around the corner and watched as they morphed into their rangers suits. Kristina gasped at the sight of them, their bright colored suits stood out to her. Mark had become the red ranger, Sammy Winchester and Dean Winchester were power rangers, but their suits were different compared to the other five. Dean had the mark of a mentor on his sash and Sammy had a lightning bolt that was in the shape of a "v" surrounded by his grey suit. She stepped into the shadows and spoke into her crystal.
"Lady Artemis," she said. "You were right, there are other power rangers like us on the other side of the country," she continued. "Dean Winchester is amongst them, but he's also got the mark of a mentor on his sash," Lady Artemis was silent for a while before she spoke.
"Right, good job Kristina," she said. "I'll teleport you back now," Hanging up, Artemis teleported Kristina away from Los Angeles and back to Rang City.
