Chapter Thirty-Nine: Mind Control

"Well let me think, oh yeah," Answers Dean. "The pale skin, bite marks on your neck, and your thirst for blood," he continued. "Shall I go on?"

"Dean," said Sean. "You are overreacting there's no possible way that I'm a vampire," he continued. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going upstairs and taking a shower," Standing from the couch, Sean walked passed his friends and started making his way upstairs. On the way up, Sean had passed by a large hall mirror, the rangers watched as Sean's reflection practically vanished. Katrina gasped as she witnessed this but before Sean could even enter the bathroom the alarm went off. Colby, who walked away from the group to check the computer. His eyes widened as he stuck his head around the corner.

"Rangers! Vampiress is back and she's attacking downtown Los Angeles,"

"Talk about bad timing," says Mark. "Come on rangers! Let's go!" Sean groaned as he followed his friends out of the bunker. They made their way toward the city and saw Vampiress getting ready to strike at a civilian.

"Hey bat head!" called Sam. "Are you going to continue to scare innocent people or are you going to fight against people who can?"

"Ah yes, the rangers," says Vampiress with an evil laugh, she turned around and was dressed in a gothic dress and her fangs were sticking out. "It's about time we continued our little battle,"

"This time we won't let you escape," says Dean as each of the rangers got into a fighting stance.

"Oh no," says Vampiress evilly. "You won't be fighting me," she smirked and held her hand out toward Sean who suddenly fell into a trance. "My child, come to me," Sean slowly started walking toward Vampiress making the rangers gasp in shock.

"What the? Sean!" yells Mark. "What are you doing?!"

"We told you so," says Sammy. Sean stopped right by Vampiress as she sat her hand on the back of his head and started to stroke it like a cat.

"What did you do to him?!" exclaims Tara.

"Let's just say," says Vampiress, "The previous night, I had the dark angels capture your little friend and I turned him into a vampire," Vampiress continued to rub the back of Sean's head as he closed his eyes in pleasure. Leaning toward Sean, Vampiress whispered in his ear.

"Destroy them," she says.

"Yes, Vampiress," Sean took a step forward and morphed into his green ranger suit. "Blitz Daggers!" he called forth his weapon and ran at the rangers their eyes widen as they quickly rolled out of the way and morphed. Getting back on their feet, the rangers started to fight Sean trying their best not to hurt their friend, but it seemed like they were losing. Sean had been a good fighter and was knocking the rangers down. Sammy and Dean had dodged Sean and went straight for the source.

"Thunderlight Saber!" yelled Sammy as he summoned his weapon.

"Golden Eagle gun!" exclaimed Dean as he too called on his weapon. Sammy and Dean started to fight against Vampiress though Vampiress was overpowering them two rangers against one monster was child's play she struck Sammy and Dean in the chest making them fly through the air and collapse on the ground. Sean continued to fight against his friends kicking them or striking them with his blades.

"Blitz Daggers, Golden blade mode!" he yelled as the rangers started to get up he held his blades out with the handles facing each other and stuck them together making a double-edged sword. "Golden Blade Final Strike!" he yelled as lightning struck the sword, Sean slashed downward striking all five rangers. The rangers groaned as the collapsed and dimorphed, pain shot through their body as they looked up to see Sean laughing evilly. Sammy and Dean recovered and combined their weapons to form the rifle crossbow. They aimed at Vampiress ready to shoot her with it.

"Not so fast Winchesters," she said as she snapped her fingers making Sean turn his attention away from his friends and race toward Vampiress as Sammy and Dean shot their combined weapon unexpectedly, Sean jumped in front of Vampiress and deflected the beams.

"No one hurts my queen!" exclaims Sean as he struck the Winchester boys the same way he had hit his friends. Sammy and Dean yelled as they flew back and dimorphed landing on the ground, they held their chests in pain.

"Excellent my little servant," laughed Vampiress. "Now let's leave these weaklings alone, let's go back to my hideout I have a plan," Sean nodded his head as he held his ring into the sky and teleported him and Vampiress back to her hide out. The rangers winced as they stood up, their faces were covered in dirt and grime with a little bit of blood. Mark was still shocked about what happened to their friend, his heart practically dropped.

"Let's get back to the bunker you guys," suggested Dean.

"What about Sean? He's still with her and we have to save him!" spoke Mark as he had a concerned look on his face.

"We have to figure out how to save him first," says Sammy.

"I am not going to leave Sean out there with that thing!" yells Mark but Tara grabbed Mark's arm and looked at him with sad eyes.

"We can't walk in there and rescue him, we have to have a plan," she said. "He's under her control and we have to find a way to break the spell," reluctantly, Dean agreed; eventually the rangers arrived at the bunker Mark started pacing back and forth wishing he knew how to save Sean. Sean was his best friend, and he was like a younger brother to him, that's why Mark often picked on Sean it was mostly brotherly love. Dean and Sammy saw how worried the rest of the rangers were and needed to think about how to defeat vampiress.

"How would we defeat Vampiress?" asked Katrina. "Isn't there something vampires are afraid of?"

"Vampires are undead," says Sammy. "But that doesn't mean we can't destroy her,"

"Right," says Mark. "But how?"

"There are six ways to kill a vampire," said Dean. "One of them is a spear, another is the colt, and lastly it's decapitation," he continued. "But there's no way I'm going to use that colt there's only one bullet left,"

"Then the next logical way would be the spear," spoke Sammy. Meanwhile in the darkest part of the forest, Sean was standing by vampiress with red eyes waiting for her to tell him what to do. Vampiress appeared behind Sean with an evil smirk, she was pleased with all that she had done but now it was time that they put it to the test.
