"All of these could be done by basketball." the jury gasped again,

"Yes, all of those things could have happened at basketball, but explain to me why I have a 4 cm deep scar in my abdomen from him, in the form of a knife," Benji said calmly,

"That's all." Mr. Sidny waved Benji off. Benji was astounded, he slowly got up and made his way to his seat. When he passed his father looked down ashamed. Markus then sadly looked up at Benji, Benji was wearing the cross necklace. Markus looked down again, a single tear ran down his cheek. Benji saw this, he sat down next to Cal and sat very close to Cal. Cal put his arm around Benji protectively, Benji buried his face into his shoulder and a few tears fell.

"I got ya Bean." He whispered into his ear, (if you don't get that go to previous chapters)

"Please make it stop." Benji whimpered,

"Shh, just relax." Cal rubbed his shoulder.

"I would like to bring up his wife now." Mr. Sidney stated Mrs. Withers put Brit in Benji's lap. Brit hugged him tightly, feeling the worry flowing off of him. She walked up to the stand and sat down in the chair. "Mrs. Withers, you lost your daughter a while back correct?"

"That is correct, five years ago Bee, *cough* Brenna my daughter died."

"Well, who was the driver?"
