~ 1 hour later ~ (because imma lazy!)
"I declare Markus NOT guilty." the judge stated, Cal instantly shot up,
"What!?" he and Benji said in unison, shocked.
"BUT, I will recommend a divorce from Markus and Mary, with a restraining order against Markus for the children."
"But they are my children!" Markus was now standing, his quick move made Benji jump and curl upon himself. Cal saw this and sat down next to him,
"Hey, shh, I'm here." he wrapped his arms around Benji, gently pulling Benji's head into his chest. The officers walked over and undid the handcuffs that are on him.
"Sir, calm down." One police officer was trying to take off the cuffs but Markus was struggling.
"I want to see my kids and wife!" he shouted,
"Huh!?! You don't even like us! You abused the crap out of us so shut up!" Benji stood up facing his father, Markus stopped fighting. He had a sad look on his face. Once the officer got the cuffs off, Markus tried to reach over to Benji. Benji moved out of the way, putting pressure on his hurt leg. He winced and fell over, being caught in Cal's arms.
