┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛The day had gone by faster than Alfie had thought was even possible. One moment he was sitting in History with his soulmate by his side, and the next he was being forcefully dragged to the graveyard with his overbearing sister.
Alfie wanted to snap, telling her to get her hands off, but that would mean talking to her and being as stubborn as he was, that wasn't going to happen anytime soon.
So instead he suffered in silence. Alfie turned his head at hearing a crow caw and could had sworn he saw the man with the cain, but the moment he blinked, the man was gone.
Alfie shook his head, having already decided it was just a trick of the light and what he actually saw was a shadow of an angle statue.
Alfie shuddered, ever since he watched the episode 'Bink' he had never been able to look at statues the same way.
It was silly, he knew that, but it didn't stop the fact that they where creepy things.
Alfie stumbled slightly as his foot got caught in a tree root. Catching his footing, he sent a glare at his sisters back before huffing and rolling his eyes.
He just wanted to go home and possibly find a way back. Even if he found himself slowly not wanting to anymore, he had too. For his family.
Alfie landed on his bottom with a huff as Elena all but pushed him onto the ground, so she could lean against the tree that sat in front of there parents grave.
Elena sighed sadly as she gazed at her parents grave. Her mind flashing back to that night before she shook her head, riding herself of those thoughts. It wasn't her fault her dad turned to look at her.
Reaching into her bag, Elena pulled out her green Journal and begun writing down her thoughts and feelings while Alfie sat bored.
Alfie started picking at the grass, ripping small bits up, notting them together and then throwing them away.
Alfie turned his attention towards the gravestone that now had a crow perched on top, cawing at the twins.
Alfie frowned and began looking around, he wasn't going to get stabbed again, was he?
"Okay. Hi bird." Elena said in mild irritation as she tried to concentrate on her writing. The crow cawed again, "That's not creepy or anything." Elena muttered under her breath.
Alfie shuddered, feeling a chill settle into his bones. Something was wrong, he didn't know how he knew. He just did.
Looking up from the ground, he saw a thick grey mist starting to surround them, blocking everything in sight.
"Shoo!" Elena snapped, waving the bird off. The crow flew away, "That's what I thought." Only for it to appear on the statue right behind her, cawing loudly.
