Friday Night Bites
┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛Early the next morning, Alfie was rudely pulled from his wonderful dream by the sound of his phone vibrating on his bedside counter. It was a loud conundrum of noise that had him shooting up from the bed with wide eyes.
Unable to catch himself, the brunette teen fell from the bed and landed face-first onto his carpeted floor. His bed quilt was tied around his waist, leaving his legs to dangle in the air. "Ow," he groaned in a drawled-out breath.
A warm hand wrapped around his ankle and with a quick jolt, he was straddling Stefan's waist while said vampire cupped his face. While the blonde teen inspected his Mate for any injuries, Alfie couldn't help but frown.
His stomach filled with dread, making him feel sick. Placing his hand on top of his stomach, he closed his eyes and shook his head in hopes of brushing it off. But it never left. Each second that ticked by, the stronger it got.
"What's wrong?" Stefan asked, sitting up in the bed. Snapping his eyes open, Alfie leaned onto his Mate while wrapping his arms around the vampire's shoulder.
"I don't know," he admitted with a frown. Swallowing thickly, he looked around the room and only then noticed that Jeremy had left. "I just have this feeling in the bottom of my stomach. It feels like something bad is going to happen." Shaking his head, he shrugged his shoulders. "It's probably nothing."
Leaning down, he placed a feather-light kiss on Stefan's lips. After a few moments, Alfie pulled back and smiled. Reaching over, he grabbed his phone to see that he had a message. Frowning, he clicked on it.

'SOS'Dropping the phone, Alfie quickly jumped up from the bed, catching himself as he tripped over his feet. "What's wrong?" Stefan asked again, following after his Mate.
"Caroline sent an SOS," he briefly explained as he hazardously pulled on his jeans from the night previous. "Means something wrong and she's in trouble." Picking up his shirt, he tugged it over his head.
Turning around, Alfie blinked in surprise as Stefan was now fully clothed. The vampire was sitting on his bed, pulling on his shoes. Smiling to himself, The brunette teen quickly shook out of his daze and slipped on a pair of his own.
Together, Stefan and Alfie rushed out of the teen's bedroom. They ignored Elena's surprised gasp as they dashed down the stairs and out of the door. "Jump, I can get us there quicker," Stefan ordered.
Nodding his head, Alfie jumped on top of Stefan's back. "Hold your breath," doing exactly that, the brunette teen pushed his head into Stefan's shoulder as the vampire ran to Caroline's house faster than he could normally run.
