The Night Of The Comet
┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛Still wrapped up in each others arms, Stefan and Alfie walked into the Mystic Grill, their candles long forgotten. Elena trailed behind them like a lost puppy, constantly glaring at her brother whenever he'd kiss Stefan on the cheek.
She didn't understand how Stefan could allow such a thing to happen when he was clearly in love with her. She was going to have to talk to her brother and lay down the boundaries at some point because this wasn't acceptable. If anything, it was getting annoying.
Stefan leaned down, his lips brushing past Alfie's ear, "Your sister is still following us," he mumbled before placing a tender kiss to the base of his mates throat. His teeth grazed the area, causing the teen to let out a small but startled gasp.
"She'll walk off soon," Alfie whispered back, "Once she realises that she's not getting the attention she wants, she'll go off and moan to Caroline and Bonnie."
Five minutes later, just as Alfie had said, Elena let out a loud and obnoxious huff before she stomped off towards the table of which Bonnie and Caroline where both sitting. The blonde cast Alfie a quick glance and subtly rolled her eyes at Elena's dramatics.
"Hey, had anyone seen Vicki?" Jeremy asked, rushing past his brother to speak to Tyler. His heart pounded in his chest with worry.
Frowning, Alfie shared a look with Stefan before he pushed himself up from the table. Walking towards his brother, his frown turned into a glare that settled on the Lockwood boy.
"You're her stalker. You tell us." Tyler sneered over the rim of his whiskey glass, his eyes set into daggers as he glared towards his competition.
"I can't find her!" Jeremy snapped back, completely done with the teens attitude.
Tyler scoffed as he leaned back in his chair, "She probably found someone else to party with," ignoring Matt's incredulous look, Tyler continued, "Sorry, pill pusher. I guess you've been replaced."
Elena soon joined the building group, a frown splattered across her face. "What's with the 'pill pusher'?" She asked in confusion.
"Ask him," Tyler said, nodding his head towards Jeremy. Crossing his arms over his chest, Alfie took a threatening step forward only to have Stefan grab his arm and pull him back.
"You wanna do this right now?" Jeremy sneered.
Turning to her brother with a look of disgust, Elena jutted out her hip, "Are you dealing?" She asked incredulously.
"She's never gonna go for you," Tyler spat, a smug smirk on his lips.
"She already did though," Said Alfie. His lips pursed into a small but taunting smile, "Over and over again, for how long now, Jer? Three months?"
Jeremy nodded his head smugly, sending a thankful glance to his brother while Caroline pinched Stefan's hand before wrapping her arm around Alfie's shoulders. "I guess that means your just not up to snuff, hey Tyler?"
Glaring playfully at the blonde, Stefan took Alfie's other side and quickly covered his mouth to prevent the small snort from escaping.
"Oh shut up Caroline, this doesn't concern you!" Tyler growled, glaring daggers into the perky blonde. He used to have a crush on her, but now after seeing her defend Gilbert? Now she was just a disgusting little bitch, just like the rest of the girls in this town.
Alfie opened his mouth to snap at the teen when Caroline beat him to it. "See, that's where your wrong. Alfie is my brother, that makes Jeremy my brother so that means that if you go after them, you deal with me. How do you think daddy dearest will get you out of prison after I tell my mum that you tried to Rape Vicki Donovan the night of the party."
Tyler's nose pinched up into a small snarl, a low growl slipped from his lips. It was so low that only someone with supernatural abilities would be able to hear it, so of course Stefan and Alfie both frowned. "You conniving little bitch."
Matt instantly turned to his friend, "What the hell is she talking about?" He asked, but no one heard him over Alfie's loud and booming voice that screamed dominance.
"Call her a bitch again and I swear to god, I'll rip your throat out with my teeth and not even precious little Daddy will be able to help you." He spat, embracing his inner Derek Hale.
Tyler jumped up from his chair, "You wanna go Gilbert!" He yelled as a burning hot rage flowed through his veins. It was like nothing he had ever felt before. He liked it. It made him feel powerful.
"Come on then!" Alfie roared. Sidestepping his mate, the brunette teen let his body be considered by something he'd never felt before. He knew for a fact that it wasn't anger. "Just you and me, right here, right now!"
Just as Tyler was about to take a swing, Stefan quickly jumped in front of his mate and pushed the boy to the floor. The veins under his eyes threatened to show while his fangs sunk into his bottom lip.
"Touch him, and your dead." He said in a deadly voice that sent shivers down everyone's spines. Only two where ones filled with pleasure. Alfie's eyes dilated until the emerald green turned completely black while Elena bit her lips as she eyed the vampire seductively.
Tyler wouldn't admit it, but as he stared down the new guy, something inside him had him wanting to run away. Almost as if Stefan was some kind of dangerous predator.
"Hey!" Matt yelled, stepping between the two, "Enough! How about instead of trying to kill each other, you help me look for my sister!" Slamming his drink onto the bar, Matt walked off in a huff.
