┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛The rest of the day went by pretty fast and Alfie soon found himself regretting the decision to come to this party.
He felt awkward standing there on his own, holding a red solo cup full of whatever it was they where serving.
Alfie sighed, lifting the cup up for a drink only so grimace at the horrible bitter taste. It definitely wasn't beer, that's for sure.
To the left and a little bit in front, Alfie could see his sister, Elena talking to Bonnie while seemingly searching for something.
And to the right, he saw his brother, Jeremy smoking probably a joint, with a bunch of people from his year.
"You came," Caroline cheered lightly, her voice slurred slightly, instantly telling Alice that she was drunk.
"Yep," Alfie replied, "Really wish I didn't."
Caroline pouted softly, "But it's fun, we're having fun. It's a party, party's are fun." By the end of her sentence, she was practically hanging off of Alfie's arm.
"Fun for you, maybe. But not me, my idea of fun is in bed, watching tv or reading a book. Not drinking and being sick," Alfie said softly with a small shake of his head. If Stefan didn't show soon, he was going home.
Caroline pouted even more, if it where even possible, "Have fun, for me? Please?"
Alfie groaned when she pulled out the puppy eyes, "Okay," he surrendered, "I give, I'll get drunk and wake up in a field somewhere with no memory of tonight."
Caroline smiled in triumph, downing the rest of her drink. Letting out a small grumble, Alfie didn't the same. Whatever it was, was strong, that's for sure.
Across the park on the other side of the fire pit, Stefan Salvatore walked into the party, with every intention of ignoring everyone and finding his Mate.
Focusing on his hearing, he listened out for Alfie, a bright smile lifting up his face once he found him.
Setting off in that direction, he only managed to get a few steps when he was stopped by the very person he wanted to avoid.
"Hi, you made it! I didn't think you'd come!" Elena said cheerfully, not noticing his uncomfortable face.
"Yeah, I made it," said Stefan with a very uncomfortable smile. Stefan attempted to side step the teen, but didn't get very far as she copied his actions.
"So, why don't I go get you a drink, and we can go get to know each other," said Elena in her best seductive voice.
Stefan grimaced openly, "Not interested," he said bluntly. Using her shock to his advantage, Stefan quickly brushed past her and rushed over to Alfie who was now starting to feel the affects of the alcohol.
"Stefan!" Alfie cheered once he saw his Soulmate, stumbling slightly, causing him to let out a deep chuckle.
"Whoa," Stefan shot his arms out, just catching the teen before he landed face first into the muddy ground, "How much have to had to drink,"
"Mhmmm," Alfie hummed in thought, "Eight," Alfie started giggling into his cup as he went for another drink, only to pout as it was taken away.
"No more drinking for you," said Stefan as he practically threw the cup away like it held some type of disease.
"But-" Alfie tried to protest, reaching down to pick up his discarded cup when a pair of cold hands gripped his waist.
"Nope," Stefan gripped his waist and lifted him around so he couldn't see his cup on the ground, "I think it's time to get you home,"
Feeling a sudden wave of dizziness, Alfie groaned and rested his head of Stefan's shoulder. Stefan wrapped his arm around Alfie's shoulders, keeping him steady as they began slowly walking somewhere he could puke without prying eyes.
"Better?" Stefan asked softly, rubbing his hand up and down Alfie's back while he emptied the contents of his stomach all over the wooded floor.
Alfie shook his head, he actually felt worse. He knew he should never have drunk whatever was in that cup, "Water?" He croaked.
Seeing as Alfie was really out of it, Stefan sped over to the drinks stand, picked up a bottle of water and sped back over.
Taking the bottle from Stefan's outstretched hand, Alfie gulped it down until there wasn't even a drop left, at that point her scrunched it up and threw it in the bin.
"Come on, let's get you home." Stefan said gently, leading the teen towards his car, keeping a tight grip around his waist as to not loose him within the sea of teenagers.
Once they reached his car, Stefan helped a stumbling Alfie into the passenger side, before climbing into the drivers side.
After checking to make sure Alfie was alright, Stefan started the car and made his way to the Gilbert house.
As Stefan drove, Alfie felt the weight of his eyes and slowly started closing them, letting sleep take over.
Stefan smiled softly at his sleeping Mate. How had he been blessed with which a kind, adorable and hot Mate, he didn't know, but what he did know was that he wasn't going to let anything take Alfie away from him.
Not even himself, in that moment, Stefan decided that soon, when Alfie was sober, he was going to tell him the truth about himself.
Pulling up to the Gilbert household, Stefan turned off the car, flashed over to Alfie's side, and carried him out.
Holding him bridal style, Stefan gently rocked his arms, slowly waking said Mate up from his sleep.
"You have to invite me inside," Stefan said softly.
With his mind clouded with sleep, Alfie didn't questioning and invited him inside. Flashing up to his room, Stefan carefully placed Alfie on his bed.
"Stay," Alfie mumbled in a sleep ridden voice as Stefan went to leave. Stefan hesitated for a moment before taking off his shirt and climbed into the bed, pulling Alfie into his side.

A/NHello everyone, I hope your all ok, I just wanted to say yes I changed the ending but that's because when Stefan is around Alfie his bloodlust is nothing, like someone could be bleeding around him and he wouldn't notice or care because Alfie's next to him.
I hope that makes sense on why I changed the ending xxx
