Friday Night Bites
┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛With his head lowered towards the ground, Alfie paced what was left of the living room in the Old Witches House. The floor was covered in dirt and the occasional leaf due to the lack of doors. The air smelt stale and rotted, leaving an uncomfortable taste in the teen's mouth.
Stefan was leaning his hip against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest as he glanced at his Mate with worried eyes. He could feel the spirits watching them and had been very surprised when they let him enter without a fuss.
Every time he had tried to enter throughout the years, he had been forcibly kicked out. Sometimes that ranged between him being blasted from the property to his daylight ring becoming faulty.
Caroline and Jeremy were both sitting on the dusty remains of a sofa. The blonde had grumbled about it being filthy but in the end, she sat down regardless.
Jeremy on the other hand didn't mind the dirt. He often sat in the graveyard whenever he got high with his friends so this was a welcomed change.
It had been just under thirty minutes since everyone had arrived at the Old Witch House and Alfie was still yet to speak on why he had called them all there. If he was being honest, he felt nervous.
It wasn't something he had any control over but what if they hated him for taking over Alfie's body? Undeniably, he would accept their anger and if they wished it, he would disappear and they'd never see him again.
Pausing mid stride, he turned to his Mate who gave him an encouraging smile. Letting out a sigh, Alfie shook his head and focused his attention on the two watching him patiently. "I don't know where to start," he mumbled.
"Why don't you start with me first?" Stefan offered as he walked forward. Standing behind his Mate, he wrapped his arms around his shoulders and hugged him tightly before pressing a tender kiss to his cheek.
"Okay," Alfie swallowed thickly, "So you both know that Stefan is my soulmate?" He asked, receiving two nods in response, "Well we haven't told you everything. I don't know how to explain without just saying it so here I go. Stefan is a Vampire."
