With his blankets pooled around his waist, Alfie rubbed his stinging eyes with one hand while he turned the page with his other. He had currently spent the rest of the day locked in his room, reading over the rest of the books he had taken with him.

The book he was reading was the only one that had managed to hold his attention, It was about Lycanthropy. Werewolf's. Alfie had just gotten to the part about glowing eyes when someone began pounding on his door.

Frowning, Alfie quickly closed the book before he shoved them all under his bed. Standing up he slowly walked towards his door.

The smell of old leather, honey and Iron filled his nose. It was an odd combination of smells, but he found himself liking it. Shrugging, Alfie opened the door to see Stefan standing outside.

"Stefan?" Alfie tilted his head in confusion, "Not that I don't want to see you or anything, but what are you doing here?" He asked, holding the door open for him to talk in. Which he did.

Once the door was closed, Stefan let out a breath of relief and wrapped his arms around his Mate. "Your sister came to my house. She kept touching me and kept trying to speak to me in private."

Alfie held onto Stefan with a tight grip, his lip upturned into a small snarl, "What?" He growled. He was getting really sick and tired of his sister trying to take his Mate. Stefan was his, no one else's.

Stefan closed his eyes, his hand coming up to run through Alfie's curly brown locks. "I pushed her off and left. I needed to see you so I came straight here. Your aunt let me in, I hope that's okay."

Taking a calming breath, Alfie nodded his head, "You are my soulmate, Stefan. You are always welcome, but are you sure you even want to come here? Elena lives her too. Not just me, Jer and Jenna."

"I don't care where she is, as long as I'm with you, that's all I care about. You are the only thing that matters to me, not her." Leaning back, Stefan placed his lips upon Alfie's for a soft and tender kiss.

When they pulled apart, Alfie hid his face in Stefan's neck so that the teen couldn't see his smile

When they pulled apart, Alfie hid his face in Stefan's neck so that the teen couldn't see his smile. After a few moments, they pulled back and rested their foreheads together, still wrapped in each others arms.

"So," Stefan spoke, breaking the silence that surrounded them, "What where you doing locked away in your room." He asked with mild curiosity.

Alfie shrugged, "Reading," he mumbled in response. Should he tell Stefan? He wondered. "Something happened today, Something strange and I was just reading, trying to find anything that correlates with it."

Stefan frowned as he looked over his Mate with worry. His eyes scanned for any visible injuries while he took a small breath trying to smell any blood but both came out negative. "What happened?" He asked.

Alfie let out a breathless chuckle, "I don't even know how to explain it. I didn't even know it had happened until Caroline had told me." Shaking his head, Alfie closed his eyes.

Stefan held on that little bit tighter, "You can tell me," he said encouragingly. His bottom lip found its home between his teeth as he waited patiently for an answer.

Opening his eyes, Alfie stared into Stefan's brown ones. "They glowed," he answered after a moments silence, "My eyes where glowing gold and I don't know why."

Stefan swallowed thickly. So his Mate was supernatural? He didn't care. He'd be with him either way, "Well figure it out together," he promised. Leaning down, he placed a soft kiss to his Mates lips.

"There's something else," Alfie whispered once they had parted. "You're probably going to think I'm insane and I honestly don't blame you. I think I am sometimes too. And if you want to reject me after I tell you I completely understand, it's not too late. I promise I'll leave you alone if you do, I won't contact you, I won't corner you in the street. I'll leave you be."

"Alfie, what's wrong?" Stefan asked, his tone filled with worry as he cupped his Mates face, using his thumb to wipe away the boys tears.

Alfie took a shuddering breath, "My real name is not Alfie Gilbert. It's Alfie Summers and I'm not from this universe. I died and woke up here. Technically I am Alfie Gilbert, I have all his memories and I feel everything he ever felt but I'm also Alfie Summers from London. I have memories from both my lives and I even have proof that I'm not lying."

Quickly he pulled himself out of Stefan's grasp and yanked open his draw. Rummaging through, he picked up his phone which was way more advanced then any that had during that time, and handed it over.

Alfie bit his lip to the point of drawing blood. His heart hammered in his chest as he watched a very silent Stefan flick through his phone. Suddenly he stopped and placed the thin object on the bed.

"You said you died?" Stefan asked carefully, "What did you mean by that?" Holding his hand out, he pulled Alfie onto the bed so that the teen was sitting next to him.

"I was walking home from a friends house. I was supposed to stay the night but my little sister had a nightmare and I'm the only one who can get her back off to sleep again. I should have just gotten a taxi, it was stupid of me to walk through London in the middle of the night. But I was only twenty minutes from home so I thought, what the hell?

Anyway, I went through an underpass when a man in a black suit stabbed me in the stomach. He didn't even stop, he just continued walking while I was on the floor bleeding to death. Everything felt so cold, it was a cold I had never felt before. Everything went dark and when I opened my eyes, I was here."

Stefan clenched his fist at his side. When he found whoever had killed his Mate, he was going to end them without a single shred of mercy. "I think someone brought you here deliberately."

"But why?" Alfie asked.

Stefan shook his head, "I don't know." He admitted, "But you are my mate, and I will not let you go through this alone. We will figure it out together. And if we are telling secrets, it's only fair I tell you mine. I'm....I'm a vampire Alfie."

Alfie smiled, his hand reached over to grasp Stefan's, "I know." He mumbled, "In my universe there was this show called the Vampire Diaries. It's about Vampires obviously, and your in it. So's your brother. I don't really know what happens though, I only know that your a vampire, brother too. That Elena is wanted by a hybrid vampire, Bonnie's a witch, Damon bit Vicki, Kitty-Kat and that you and Damon was in a love triangle with my sister."
