Sydney's POV:
"So Cara has the bright idea of being nice to JJ so I can restore our relationship" I say to Alex
"If that's what you want I support you 100 percent" she smiles
"Speaking of JJ" Cara smiles
We see JJ heading to her car.
"Go!" Cara and Alex say at the same time
I get up
"And be nice" Cara says before I run off
I make it to JJ as she's putting the boxes in her car
"Need help with that?" I ask
"No I'm fine" she says as she struggles to pick up a box
I reach over to help her with the box just before she could drop it, placing it securely in the trunk. After we finish, I close the trunk and she turns to look at me.
"Thanks" she says looking away from me
"JJ" I sigh
"No I completely understand, I broke your trust and now all is lost, It's my fault" she says still not looking at me
"It is your fault, because you cheated on me"
She starts to tear up
"But that doesn't mean all is lost" I slightly pull her chin so that she's looking me in my eye
"What?" She whispers
"Jayje I've loved you.. for as long as I can remember and we have children to think about"
"But I-"
"Cheated on me, it was a horrible mistake that caused me not to trust you but I heard wise words from Olivia once, she said 'if you want me earn me' so no Jayje all is never lost with us"
She starts to cry more so I pull her in for a hug, once she pulls back she kisses me without warning then quickly pulls back
"I'm so sorry" she says in panic
"It's fine.. how about we just take it slow?"
She nods
"I'm gonna go home with you" I say "also I'm bringing Alex if that's fine"
"Thats totally fine! Can you wait here I left the last box inside?"
"Yeah"
After JJ and Cara disappear I meet up with Alex
"I don't trust that Cara there's something off about her" Alex says
"Neither do I, she knows to much" I say
"You think she'll lead us to what we're looking for"
Alex nods
"So what's the plan here?"
"Get to know her, see what she's like, make her open up, you know follow in moms footsteps"
"mom" I roll my eyes
"Are you gonna go home with her?" She asks
"Yes and I'm bringing you with me"
"I still have my old house" she shakes her head "something tells me that we're gonna be here for longer than expected"
"Well get some sleep tonight meet me here early in the morning"
"Got it!"
I give Alex a hug and keep an eye on her as she drives away. Alex and I are practically inseparable; we've grown up together and I can't imagine losing her.
