Olivia's POV:
I watch as Stiles pulls a set of wires out from underneath the hood of his jeep and tosses them to the ground, causing me to let out a chuckle. "Don't you think it's time for a new car?"
"Don't you think it's time for a new question?" He turns to me with a sarcastic smile as he held out his hand. "Wrench please."
I roll my eyes and grab his wrench from the toolbox and place it in his hands before he turned back to his Jeep and began to tighten one of the bolts. "Well, is it gonna make it at least out of the city?"
He pulls out one of the pieces from the engine and hands it to me. "It should." He mutters before continuing his work.
I sigh as I grab the wires from the floor. "I'm heading inside to see if Scott has snacks. Want anything?" I ask but he dismissively waves his hand before tightening the bolts again.
I walk over to the side doors of Scott's house and once I pushed open the door, my eyes widen slightly at the sight of Liam and Scott in the same room. "Uh..." I trail off as I closed the door behind me. "I'm just gonna...put these here." I whisper as I placed the items on top of the dressers.
"Look, I'm sorry. I-I can't talk right now, Liam." Scott continues as I awkwardly walk to his kitchen to look through his cabinets for any sort of snacks.
"It was Theo. He's the one who brought them back and now they're with him. Like they're his pack." Liam nervously explained, but Scott walks around him towards the back door. "Hayden and Phoebe are with them!"
Scott pauses in his steps before he turns to him. "I knew about Phoebe, but Hayden's okay?" He asks.
"They're alive but..." Liam clears his throat. "I-I'm not sure if they're totally okay but they're definitely alive."
No wonder Phoebe doesn't want to leave. She's probably not even herself.
"Where are you guys going?" He asks as he glanced between Scott and I, noticing that I was grabbing the bag of goldfish from the cabinet.
"To get Kira." I answer, shoving the snacks inside my backpack.
"Her dad told us that her mom took her out to New Mexico to this place called Shiprock. We're trying to figure out a way to help her but it's dangerous so...we're gonna go find her and bring her back." Scott gives a small smile.
"I'll come with you." Liam responds and tries to walk closer to him but Scott shakes his head.
"You can't." He says and tries to continue walking to the door but I give him a stern expression. "
"Let me help." Liam calls out, causing us to turn towards him. "Let me do something. Tell me what I can do."
It's quiet for a moment until Scott shakes his head again. "Don't do anything." He sternly states before he walks out the back door.
I roll my eyes in annoyance but I walk up to Liam, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, it's gonna take some time, alright? You have school and I'm pretty sure Scott wants you to hold down the fort here."
"So do you." He countered with a huff. "You're graduating this year."
"Yeah well, I can't graduate if I'm dead." I pat his back. "Besides, I want you to keep an eye on Phoebe at school to make sure she stays out of trouble. Think you can do that?"
"I promise."
"Good." I say before I grab a water bottle from the fridge and point to him. "Don't do anything stupid, Liam."
He nods without another word as I walk out the door. I expected to see the boys still working on the Jeep but to my shock, I ended up seeing Allison in the middle of putting her backpack in the backseat.
