Olivia's POV:

I hear someone come down the stairs which causes Theo, Scott, and I to turn, seeing that it was Malia. We wanted to catch her and the others up about the wires being cut in the basement.

Luckily Phoebe went to hang out with Liam again so thankfully, I didn't have to worry about her for now.

"Where's Kira?" Scott questioned.

I furrow my brows in confusion, seeing that it was only Malia. "I thought you were bringing the others?"

"Kira is still at the library." Malia informed as she looked to Scott before she turned to me. "Stiles, Lydia, and Allison are at the hospital."

"Doing what?" Theo curiously questioned.

"Lydia's trying to figure out what happened during her surgery." She answered as we continued to walk down the hall.

"How long are they going to be there?" Scott asked.

"They said they're just waiting for the power to come back on." She explained and I let out a sigh, sharing a knowing look to Theo and Scott.

"Looks like we're heading to the hospital."

Phoebe's POV:

I push aside the beads and as expected, the only people inside Sinema were Phil and some guy in a plaid shirt by the bar. They were talking amongst themselves and I discreetly pass by them since I technically wasn't supposed to be here.

However, as I walked past them, the guy in the plaid shirt unbuttoned his shirt to reveal his somewhat six-pack with a rather large owl tattooed on his chest which caused me to cringe at the sight.

Definitely didn't want to see that.

Phil shook his head with disappointment. "Maybe less."

As I looked around for Hayden, my eyes lit up once I see her place small candles on each table as she held a platter and I quickly go towards her. "Hayden."

She turns around and furrows her brows in confusion. "Phoebe?"

I pull out the two bills that were twenty dollars and hold them out for her to grab. "Here's forty."

She shook her head with disbelief before she continued to walk and place more candles. "Phoebe, please stop."

"I'm keeping my word about paying you back on Liam's behalf since he can't at the moment." I say as I followed behind her.

"It doesn't matter now. And Phil takes half of it anyway." She says and I look behind with a glare, seeing Phil still talking to the guy.

She continues to walk towards the back where there were more tables but I still followed behind her. "Hayden, I know it's for your medication so please...just take the money." I say which causes her to stop in her spot with a red light above her.

"No. It wasn't your fault."

"I know, but I went through the same thing. I got into a bad car crash with my mom last year and I barely had enough money for the medication for my lungs. I know how hard it is trying to save enough money for it and I don't want you to experience that anymore because I care about you." I blurt out, feeling my face flush at the revelation. Was that weird? Oh god, that was weird. "I-I mean--"

"If I'm being honest," She briefly looks down as she let out a small chuckle before looking into my eyes. "I'm starting to care about you too."

"Oh." My voice cracked and I internally face-palm at the sound.
